In the Kitz Boutique Chalet, timeless modern Alpine chic meets pleasantly scented 200-year-old old wood walls, fine natural stones, exquisite textiles and a cosy ambience that invites you to linger. There are a total of three exclusive holiday apartments in modern chalet style, each with 2 or 3 double rooms on a total of 365 m². They can either be booked individually or combined as a large, luxurious holiday home with a total of 7 double rooms.
The kitchens are equipped with high-quality appliances, including a wine climate control cabinet. An indispensable tool for the wine lover. Each apartment also has its own whirlpool and sauna. The apartment on the ground floor, with its large dining table and inviting couch, ensures that everyone can sit together in the evening or early in the morning. Thanks to the intelligent combination, you also have your privacy at all times. The included services of the house include fluffy bathrobes and towels, high-quality organic beauty products and bed linen, tea bags and coffee pods as well as fast internet. There is also a large Weber grill on the balcony of each flat. In winter there is a locked ski storage with heated ski boot dryer and in summer a storage room for golf bags and bicycles.
It has an ideal ski-in/ski-out location and is within walking distance of the valley station of the Fleckalm cable car (newly built in 2019) and the valley run. Both less than 100 metres away as the crow flies!
In less than 10 minutes, the ultra-modern 10-seater gondola lift transports guests extremely comfortably high up into the world-famous top ski area of Kitzbühel - Kirchberg and into a veritable hiking and mountain biking paradise. The Fleckalm cable car is one of the main accesses to the skiing and hiking area, along with the Hahnenkamm cable car in Kitzbühel.

E-cars can be conveniently charged at the Fleckalm railway car park and because you are right on the main road, the surrounding towns such as Kitzbühel or Brixen can also be reached quickly
