This apartment is in the basement of a chalet that seamlessly combines alpine-chic and 200-year-old wooden walls with modern facilities. You have your own whirlpool and sauna, a terrace and plenty of privacy! Plus, you'll make use of fluffy bathrobes and towels and high-quality organic beauty products. Private chefs, massages and a shopping service are also available on request and for a fee. Everything is possible
The chalet has an ideal ski-in/ski-out location and is within walking distance of the valley station of the Fleckalm cable car (newly built in 2019) and the downhill run. Both are less than 100 m as the crow flies from the chalet! In less than 10 minutes, the ultra-modern 10-seater gondola lift will take you extremely comfortably to the top of the world-famous ski area of Kitzbühel - Kirchberg, which is also a true hiking and mountain biking paradise. The Fleckalm cable car is one of the main entrances to the ski and hiking area, together with the Hahnenkamm cable car in Kitzbühel. In summer, you can enjoy beautiful cycling and hiking tours through nature. Moreover, several restaurants can be found within walking distance of the chalet.
Electric cars can be easily charged at the Fleckalm's car park and being right on the main road, surrounding towns such as Kitzbühel and Brixen can also be reached quickly

The spacious sauna area is a particular highlight. Very cosy Is also the living area with a view of the beautiful terrace. Kitzbühel is within easy walking distance. All in all top!
you should know that the lavender is a basement flat and it is very dim in the flat in October, also from the smell
Without a doubt a very nice holiday flat, with all comforts. Spacious and cosy, with a lot of attention to detail. The beds are very comfortable and I slept well on the first night. Unfortunately, the many dark colours also make the flat seem dark, despite the large window front. The natural surface of the wooden elements and doors should also be treated with caution, as it is easy to get a splinter in your finger, unfortunately also with the backrest of the bench. The flat was very clean, so you arrive and immediately feel at home.
Close to the lift, good and complete flat. Moreover, super nice hospitality!
