This delightful apartment extends over the first and second floors of a holiday home with an artistic feel. You enter the accommodation through the former stable door and immediately encounter the beautiful interior with lots of wood. After an active day in the beautiful surroundings, leave your ski gear in the storage room before enjoying complete rest in the shared sauna. The glacier ski area on the Zugspitze ensures absolute snow safety. In total, the Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena has more than 130 kilometres of slopes and 56 lifts. The pistes are generally of an easy level and this is also why the area attracts so many families and beginners. Nevertheless, this region does not only target families, snowboarders and freeriders will also find what they are looking for here.

The Zugspitz Arena is also an area with endless unique experiences in summer. That guarantees not only the many hiking trails and cycling routes but also toboggan runs, golf courses and swimming in the most beautiful lakes!

Spacious flat. Located in a nice village in an area with lots to do. Parking space is somewhat limited, especially if the other flat is also fully occupied. Had a great week!

Great accommodation where nothing is missing. Great layout of the flat and enough space, great location.

Renovated building, apartments/rooms/kitchen/bathrooms completely refurbished and generously and very homely designed. No traffic noise thanks to multiple glazing of the windows. Balcony with seating and lounging furniture. Improvements in detail desirable if flat 1 is to be fully occupied.

We were the first residents of this brand new flat. How lucky we were! It is very nice and spacious. It was even so new that the skiraum was not ready yet, but that was no problem for us.
