This cosy 2013 Tyrolean chalet is perfectly located, 100 metres from ski lift and slopes, truly ski-in/ski-out. Modern interior with an open kitchen, large dining table and atmospheric details. Bedrooms have box-spring beds, 2 modern bathrooms with walk-in rain showers. Downstairs there is ski storage with shoe warmers for after skiing or hiking
Surrounding the chalet is a decked terrace with wooden garden furniture. Here you can enjoy a magazine in the Austrian sun in summer! There is plenty of parking space nearby. So if you are looking for a lovely holiday home for several families or large groups of friends, you have now found it! The restaurants are already 300 metres from the chalet, so if you don't feel like cooking, enjoy the Austrian delicacies and cosiness here!

Very nice to be so close to the slopes within walking distance. A busy road to cross, though. Room and kitchen space is limited, though. Other than that, though, it was a very nice house to stay in.
Very nice house on the edge of Sankt Johann, across the road and already at the lift! We lacked for nothing. If necessary, in summer with open windows Road noise. No problem in winter!
Fine property for winter sports in St Johann. We stayed here for 1 week with 8 people (5 adults and 3 children). Property is easily accessible, fully equipped and close to the slopes. Gondola and kinderland accessible within a few minutes' walk. Easy and quick contact with the owner. Holiday for next winter in this property is already booked!
We had a great time at the Eichenhof with 4 adults and 2 children. The rooms look bigger in the pictures than they actually are... 😫 And the direct location on the confusing and busy road is not quite so nice. But all in all a great house in a beautiful place! ☺️

We had a very nice holiday, the cottage is well located. We can only recommend it, we will certainly come again. Very nice hostess.
Everything as described and uncomplicated
We appreciated the fact that we could easily change the dates of our stay. The rental was also very good.
We stayed with two families during spring break in this comfortable, cosy cottage. The kitchen is well equipped. Across the road are the ski lift, ski school and equipment rental. Point of note: one of the bedrooms can only be accessed via another bedroom. The road past the house is busy, but we were hardly bothered by this.
Everything was fine except the heating which did not work for 2 days
A nice house, but very close to a main road and therefore very loud traffic noise all day until late in the evening and in the morning from 06:00 the traffic starts again.
Was ok, It was very loud. Road noise. You will definitely need a fly swatter.
