Always nice in the Gamperhaus!

A house that meets our expectations within walking distance of the lift and ski bus. Belvilla should check a little more for household qualities. 3 coffee machines, of which only 1 functions moderately. That is very unfortunate for otherwise such a complete and fairly neat house.

The decor was dated but clean. We were with a large group and had a great time. Bus stop nearby. It was about 20 minutes on foot to the ski lift. Also doable (but without the ski equipment 😊. Supermarket also nearby. In short, fine. The only downside was that we had to buy garbage bags for € 7 each and throw all the waste in it. The waste is then later separated by the caretaker….(we were told) We think this is not possible, is not of this time and absolutely not hygienic…..With such a large group you cannot manage with a few of those bags. Moreover, we had no place to put those bags in. There were no containers, etc. The quotation also stated that the tenants had to separate the waste, but how?

Haus Gamper is located just outside Ellmau. With the ski bus (20 min.) or your own car (5 min.) to the Hartkaiser lift is easy to do. House is outdated in terms of decor. Beds differ a lot from mattress quality. The waste water at the sanitary facilities did not flow properly. The electric hobs weren't very good either, allowing us to eat too late too often. In short, there are a few points for improvement. We were unlucky that the keys were lost on arrival. We reported to the Travel partner at 1:00 PM, but were unable to enter until around 4:30 PM due to the lack of keys. That is really a shame if you want to go skiing on Saturday afternoon. Also surprising was that waste costs € 7 per bag if you leave it behind. Final verdict is reasonable, partly thanks to the fantastic ski weather this week.

We had a wonderful week with our children and grandchildren in Hause Camper in Ellmau Austria. We were here for the 2nd time and we liked it again. Ideal for a large group!

Accommodation was fine. Neat and clean. Environment fantastic.

Arrival ok, accommodation simple but ok for the price, unfortunately strong mold infestation of the window reveals, and also in different corners and behind cupboards

Accommodation was as expected. A bit outdated but nice. Little ventilation in the room. Environment is fantastic.

Even with belated arrival Belvilla has shown flexibility. In the short term we could only arrive on a Sunday. Belvilla made an effort to get us the key. The house was on the main road. In addition, opposite the house was a construction site, which we were not informed in advance. It was worked on Sunday morning and also early in the morning at about 7 o'clock, which made the house wobble and it was also quite loud.

Beautiful house, we were 12 adults, the house certainly had enough space for that. The bedrooms are all spacious. Cozy common space and the kitchen is sufficient. The distance to the center of the village is not really within walking distance, so if you want to après-ski a lot you need a taxi.

Good reception at an office elsewhere in the village. There were some misunderstandings about the keys and the bedding, but that was resolved satisfactorily.

Arrival went well. Formalities handled quickly and we could already at 13 o'clock in the house. Everything was neat and clean. The interior is somewhat dated, but because we are outside all day, that is not a problem. Crockery and cutlery is a mixed bag, but sufficient. We lived in the house with 8 adults and 7 children and there was plenty of room. The only thing missing and really a must for skiers, is a good heating for drying your ski boots. The ski area is vast and gives many opportunities for tours.

The house is rustically furnished and suitable for a large group. By the time of the Hartkaiser, it's just under five minutes by car.

We were 9 adults and 7 children, ages 1 to 11 years. The house is a former guest house and you can see that in the dining room there are 4 sitting areas. On the ground floor there is a room that functions as a bedroom, there are two folding beds with oversized mattresses so that you can easily fall off. Other rooms are regular bedrooms with good beds. Enough toilet rooms and shower / bath rooms. Interior is somewhat dated, but that did not bother us. WiFi connects, but is so weak that you actually have nothing on it. Ski bus comes every 15 minutes but for that you have to cross a busy traffic road and with children that is sometimes a challenge. Ski area meets excellent. We were more than € 600 extra lost on cleaning, garbage bags, tourist tax, bedding, oil and electricity.

House should be renovated. However, clean and well located. Keys decrease properly.

Nice house with many possibilities. Ideal for families who want to enjoy a wonderful winter holiday.

After more than 20 hour drive we arrived at the apartment we delivered it in perfect condition. Very comfortable beds. He missed an iron as we went two weeks and could not iron clothes after washing. We break the sink, thanks to damage insurance and Geston of you solved without major problems

We were with 17 persons (9 adults. And 8 children) housed accommodation for families with young children optimal because the beds for adults are not suitable. Partly very nice rooms. Wireless did not work. Great surroundings and nice view

Excellent accommodation, child friendly, space to play outside

Ideal for groups, the skiing. House is older but well maintained and clean. We have been very satisfied.

We had a great skiing holiday with grandma, children, grandchildren and great-grandchild total of 14 persons

the house met, but the decor is what gedateerd.Ook the kitchen for a house for 17 people (we were 11 people) not decorated. Too messy in terms of crockery, cutlery, glasses and pans. 4 pits is karig.Wel we were lucky enough Ellmau snow lying to everybody happy.

the house is fine if you do not have too high demands. we come to winter sports, I'm not much in the house, so take it for granted, but the wifi which promises is really dramatic and the service is far from adequate and we were his 12And. a bit difficult all. Rooms are clean, bathrooms too.

The house was good but the bed linen (duvets) are to be truly renewed. Half of the quilts were short and just beanbags.

We enjoyed a week. Nice setting We can stroll from the house to beautiful cabins on beautiful height. The weather was hit by rain to delicious warmth. The house itself has a lot of space and has large spacious comfortable bedrooms. The house is well insulated. All perfectly arranged. We were 14 people aged 1 to 54 years.
