Apartment Maria Leni

Clean and wonderfully cool house with nice mattresses to sleep. Bedrooms are spacious, kitchen fully equipped, refrigerator for 6 people a bit on the small side, especially in hot weather. We missed a nice sofa, the sofa that is in it is one that you lie on more than really sit. It is wonderful to stay outside, the holiday home is at the end of a dead end street where several holiday apartments / houses are located. The supermarkets are around the corner and you can pick up tasty sandwiches across the street at the Shell pump. Furthermore, a cozy village and an area where you can walk and cycle with the use of a Berg-Bahn card against payment (for a fee). The Berg-Bahnen experience is very nice for children to visit (also fun for adults. The owners live next door and we received a warm welcome on arrival. Negative for contact with Belvilla, we did not receive a key code, fortunately the owner helped us. Also with the guest card of which we had to pass on our details for our trip did not go as it should, called Belvilla who did not even know what a guest card was, the lady on the line thought it was a gift card and did not understand it, in short, they could we do not use it, but the house is definitely worth a visit again, despite some minor flaws.

We had a pleasant stay with Maria Leni. The cottage is neat, spacious enough for 6 people and very complete. The kitchen is equipped with almost all conveniences, there were even coffee filters. In addition, the description states that only bed linen is provided. But on arrival there was also kitchen linen and 2 towels for each. In short, we had a nice stay.

Beautiful surroundings, lots to do and a beautiful apartment

Arrival fine, landlord (the neighbor) extremely friendly, well located comfortable house, nice environment (everything within walking distance). Upon arrival high amount for final cleaning (€ 117) and bed change (€ 50) that never happened, which was not necessary in a house with washing machine and dryer but was obliged to pay to Belvilla, the owner has nothing to do with this.

Very nice accommodation in a beautiful setting. Near the center of the cozy and beautiful Kirchberg. The ski bus stops nearby, supermarket within walking distance.

The outward journey went well, everything was fine on arrival, good first impression!

We were there before so everything was known to us. Have been coming to Kirchberg for 43 years.

The accommodation was very nice, the location was perfect everywhere close by in a very nice area

We were warmly welcomed by the owners that was of course by chance, they were very friendly people if we had questions we could always go. The apertement was neat and clean was ideal that there were 2 floors.We particularly skied that pleased very well! The ski bus stopped close to home. What also was ideal that you had your own parking garage!

Upon arrival at the house we received a bottle of wine from the owner very attentive. The house is neat, with all desired facilities. It would have been better to have an extra chair to sit at the dining table with 6 people the dining area is a bit on the small side.

The area was beautiful the shops were close and the center was within walking distance and the house looked neat

Excellent holiday in this house and super clean on arrival! Living room is perhaps in relation to the bedrooms which is on the tight side but otherwise there is nothing wrong with it. With 6 people it seems somewhat tight (all bedrooms are plenty) but like us, with 4 people, there is enough space. The location is excellent and the supermarket close by. Also get tasty sandwiches at the Shell on the other side of the road. The village is a 5-minute walk away and the Badesee is also close by with a walkway. The path is quite steep! It can also be reached by car via the village. Beautiful swimming lake with swimming pool at a low price.

In the first week of September we spent a wonderful holiday, with four adults and two children we had more than enough space in the very spacious and super clean apartment, in the area there was something for everyone, who with children in the Kitzbüheler Alps If you want to go on holiday, you do not have to be afraid of boredom. On every mountain you will find a different world of experience and also for bad weather there are enough alternatives. In winter the area is a paradise for skiers, thanks for the time!

The apartment is fine, well kept, close to the bus stop, but quietly located (off the main street). "Morning you can have delicious sandwiches at the Shell station nearby, the Internet is doing well, friendly people at check-in ,
