A family paradise in the Alps. A fantastic, exceptionally large house built in the Tyrolean style, complete with a sauna area and breathtaking panoramic views (1,436 m above sea level). The cozy, rustic living room with its magnificent views of the Tyrolean mountains, wooden plank flooring, and invitingly warm tiled stove forms the heart of the house and serves as its social hub. Here you can enjoy meals, spend quality time with family or friends, or simply relax with a good book on the bench by the stove while the rest of your group explores the Tyrolean mountains. The house also features a wellness area with a sauna, experience shower, and relaxation zone.

Surrounded by a captivating natural landscape of colorful fields, lush green meadows, wooded hills, and impressive mountain ranges, sports enthusiasts, gourmets, families, and those seeking relaxation will all find something to enjoy.
Please note that only the supermarket in Fiss is open at the beginning of May. Restaurants, bars, and shops are still closed. The mountain lifts will open in mid-June.

Our stay at the holiday home in Fiss was nothing short of magical, The house itself is incredibly spacious and beautifully designed in traditional Tyrolean style, We spent our evenings gathered in the cozy wood parlor, enjoying the warmth from the tiled stove while admiring the stunning mountain views, The sauna was a fantastic bonus after a day of hiking, providing pure relaxation, Even though we visited in early May when some restaurants were closed, the supermarket had everything we needed, Highly recommend this place for families looking to unwind in nature!
The location is fantastic for outdoor activities, We spent our days hiking and our evenings relaxing in the wellness area, The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals for our group
Spacious, well-furnished, and a fantastic location for outdoor activities! We found plenty to do in the nearby areas, and after a day out, the sauna was a welcome treat, I do wish some local restaurants had been open during our stay, but the house itself had everything we needed to cook up some hearty meals, Overall, a lovely experience
Everything you need in one spot, Cozy, clean, and the hosts are super nice, Would def recommend for a fam vacay or squad trip!
