Well-kept and cozy house in a beautiful setting!

A spacious detached house with lots of privacy. Charmingly old but in need of a makeover. If you want to live for a week like the old Austrians did, then you've come to the right place. Just a wood-burning stove for which you have to chop wood yourself. For some that is fun (at least for us) but for some not at all. Cleaning is done quite well.

very cozy house, spacious enough for the four of us. Beautiful view and plenty of space around the house. The house is very cozy, everything is there, but simple and dated furniture and decoration. Not a big deal, but the price is quite high. I actually expect a somewhat more luxurious decoration and service. (my suggestion: better beds, beds already made, bottle of wine on arrival, etc, etc)

We have been booking our holiday home through Belvilla for many years. Always with success, without problems and in a smooth way, We absolutely recommend Belvilla!

Lovely house surrounded by a spacious garden in a nice village. From home you can walk in different directions fantastic walking routes. The house itself needs to be heated "old-fashioned" with the wood stoves. This creates a cozy atmosphere and a wonderful smoke smell. Furthermore, the house is furnished with old-fashioned furniture, but completely fine for us. Are you looking for luxury then this is not your destination? But if you like peace, nature and walking, then this is a great place.

The house is fantastic but is unfortunately not managed with care. the decor is far from atmospheric. There is a lot of junk in the cupboards and the bedrooms were downright dirty. vacuum cleaner bag bulged out and no new ones to be found. After reporting to Belvilla the owner came by. Because we are cleaning ourselves and have paid half of the cleaning costs, we think it is finished, but it is not a nice start to the holiday and a pity for the house. We had to figure out a lot ourselves; the information about waste disposal was not correct, We had to arrange the tourist tax ourselves, beds were not made (we are actually used to that in Austria).

A great house in a beautiful location! Okay you have to drive half an hour to a beautiful ski area (Mellau 110 km of slopes) or 20 minutes to a smaller area. For us this was definitely worth it. Heating with wood that you have to light yourself, but that gives extra atmosphere, there is plenty of wood available. A nice restaurant and shop within 5 minutes walk.

Nice house with enough space. Well old fashioned, but adequate facilities.Door many snow we had to park the car 150m from the house and walk through the snow to the house. Also has its charm.

We were the second time in this house and we really liked it. Thank you and we will definitely be back.

Accommodation is not accessible by car in winter. Path just before the house too narrowly scooped away.

We had been here a few times before in this house, a good number of years ago. There is a new floor and kitchen, so fine. Sandwiches can be picked up every morning (5 minutes walking) as well as the most important messages.

Fantastic nice place, nice little ski areas in the area for children but also for the advanced there are nice slopes and quiet. We have been here twice before. The kitchen is well refurbished and a new floor. We did find that it could be a little cleaner, especially under beds / couch. We had a lot of wood for a cold week. CV is not there. But that has its charms. We will come back again.

Lots of snow accommodation is eminent in the area is wonderful for walking and for many winter activities

Very nice setting with friendly mensen.Wandelen as much as you want and for the less sporty types with the guest card price advantage, read free, many lifts to boven.Een recommended.

We really enjoyed this beautiful quiet house with nice beds. S "in the morning as you walk to the bakery or" evening at one of two restaurants (Hirschen is the best). You can also make beautiful walks and our dog really enjoyed the garden and the mountain stream.

We had previously been here 3 years ago, because of the fantastic spot. We were 4 adults and 3 children (5, 8 and 12). Perfect to play in the snow and sled around the house. Several ski slopes nearby (1 small even in the village) what fun for families, is straightforward and affordable. Here you have the car for. Nice pick up the stoves that you have inserted and bread with the sledge. Cars can not be at the house. However, the house could use a makeover and it is not very clean (although to the eye) and some things broken. That is a pity as "n nice place. I hope they are going to do something because I like to come back again.

We really liked the beautiful, quiet location and the Kacheln in the house. \\ R \\ nIf the very dense trees next to the house inside was very dark and damp, and the interior in the living area was very dark. we were here for the fourth time in this beautiful house. what a pity that we are overdue maintenance encountered room hung with tyerips and tape it to the rod and the tap was difficult to arrange (probably broken thermostat) it should be replaced immediately as well as actually the couch in the room where a large hole was wear covering by a blanket.

The house is shabby. The equipment requires urgent renovation. No kettle, no properly functioning coffee maker, battered dishes, missing bulbs, mold in bathrooms, ETC The house is too small in the dining area for 7 people. The house is damp and must be heated in summer itself, so that the beds are not clammy. \\ R \\ nWe rent for years Cottages, this was the worst.

Nice and cozy by the wood burning stoves, beautiful views, quiet enjoyment Buzzard circling on the wind currents and sometimes a crow chases it comes too close to their nest. Beautiful walks. We will be back next year and then for the 3rd time.

Yes, it was a nice and relaxing holiday! The house Steffko is amazingly beautiful and offers pristine nature. We went as a large family on site, 6 adults and Coco our Labrador and Arven our cuddly dog. Allen whether animal or human, the seven days very much, we all enjoyed it. Of course we were also ski on the road, in Balder and exuberant in Schröcken. Snow and slopes in Balderschwang were to Wednesday still good, from 1100 more slushy. the Schröcken / Warth ski area is great, the new lift Auenfeldjet opens up the area even with Lech / Zurs! So really great! The gastronomy in Hittisau is also worth mentioning. Ship, crown like stars Local! A word about the weather, the sun was hold us, 24 °, azure blue sky! So all good! Ms Antonia gave us a very friendly and already fueled the two stoves. We felt very comfortable from the first day to the last! Holiday home is nicely secluded right next to the cross-country. Rooms are quaint but cozy. The furnace had cost us a little nervous at the beginning, but if you know how he does, it is cuddly warm. Wet clothes are very well dried, a criticism that the clothes will not dry properly not share on oven dried everything. Kitchen was functional but a bit small. WE have yet to cook anything we wanted. We have been in Steffko from February 22 to March 1, 2014. Friends of ours had rented this house several times, and were so excited that we have with them, made this year. Upon entering there was a strange musty smell. Anyway, the cleaning lady had just left, so it will be good. During our stay, however, fell more and more things on there was very little service, I hung my head in the cobwebs during washing, the shower head was held together with duct tape, the toilet mat smelled, the hood was dirty, fat and broken, etc etc. In short, this was not quite what we expect it ... Our friends were also disappointed that the cottage was gone. so backwards Too bad, because it's a super nice house, in a great location! Fortunately, there was a lot of snow and there was plenty of sunshine and we continue certainly enjoyed the wonderful environment in Sibratsgfall. Especially nice about this house is that the dog was.

We enjoyed the surroundings and tranquility, stunning views from the cottage. It's not really a busy tourist area. Nice to visit Liechtenstein, Vaduz and Bregenz. Enough walking.

Sibratsgefall village is somewhat remote but has enough beautiful hiking trails and some nice restaurants. The cottage is situated at the center and has a beautiful rolling pasture and garden. Bedrooms in the cool basement. Lots of storage space in basement and bijkeuken.Vloerbedekkingen in poor condition, dusty or broken and the cottage was not equally well schoongemaakt.De layout of the cottage and great location make some easy good little downside.

The house is located a little off the village, quiet and idyllic. At the house there is a stream that is but in the meantime totally overgrown. So for children and adults to achieve rather poor. The stairs to the house and the basement finish secured without children lattice and otherwise bad. We stayed for two weeks with our young dog. We enjoyed the scenery , the large piece of grassland around the house and the large house itself. We made several hikes nearby and near Lech and in the Brandnertal,The villages in the Bregenzerwald looked very nice to us.And we tasted lots of local cheese.....

we have again enjoyed this beautiful area nice walking area. after the first house to have thoroughly cleaned we could enjoy it.

Great holiday although the house smelled entry.

We rented Steffko during the Carnival holidays for skiing. The house is very quiet, which really appealed to us! The Austrians are very friendly and very willing to help. The many small ski areas are very nice and quiet. Long wait for the elevators was not there! In the village Sibratsgfäll find everything you need: shop, restaurant, ATM, tourist information. Short repeating!

Haus Steffko is beautifully situated, quiet yet close to the village. There is a lot (play) space in the house, and there is a brook along. Inside the house offers enough space for 7 people, but the device is to be updated.

Price / performance ratio was in our opinion. Very, very quiet and ideal for cross-country skiers, as trail can be found in front of the door. Stove is just cozy and is possible also good heating session to. The mattresses were a little tougher and therefore ideal for us. With a little attention to detail can make a really great vacation house that still keeping the same rustic character, but something could be modernized.
