Um für 6 Personen zu kochen war die Küche etwas klei und es war kein richtiger Backofen vorhanden.

Loved everything about this apartment. It was beautiful, spacious, light, amazing views, great location, lovely hosts, plenty of space, and included everything we could ask for. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay, we would love to come back!

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen.Alles sauber, schöne Holzmöbel, neues Bad. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hat unserer Tochter auch Spielzeug zur Verfügung gestellt. Einzig einen Kaffeefilterhalter zum Filterkaffeekochen haben wir vermisst. Vielen Dank nochmal

Super Apartment in toller Lage. Sehr Sauber und nette Vermieter wir kommen gerne wieder.

+ Rooms are comfortable and spacious + Landlords very friendly - Cooking facilities could be better: only 2 pits. - Normal coffee device instead of cups

Hi Hochkonig tourismus, We really like the apartment, see rating above.But below some more general feed back for you at the tourist office/resort level to consider: Thanks for the invitation for feedback. Had I not recieved it I would probably not have gotten around to write to you but I have in fact some feedback I would like you to consider. Most importantly is the way you do your discounts for families. I was travelling with a friend and we both brought 2 kids. The kids were 5, 7, 9 and 11 years old. On lift passes you have some kind of discounts for kids if travelling with parents. My friend bought the ski passes for all of us so I do not know the details of how the discount works, but he was asked if all was his kids. And then apparently no “family discount” because he was travelling not with his wife but with a friend and not all kids was his. The same thing applied when we rented skies/boots at Intersport where the offer of free equipment for kids travelling with parents not did apply to us because the kids was only travelling with one parent. I do understand this to be correct in a strict logical sense but I would strongly recommend to adjust this discount policy in some ways as it seems very unfair to single parents who often have less means than married couples but cannot get any discount, and it is also a bit strange in that way, to not try to attracts friends travelling with their kids (two mothers,, or two fathers etc), as in the case of me and my friend who left the wives at home to go just with the kids. So some sort of "one free kid below 10 years for each adult" or similar would be much more fair. This just for you to consider. Last thing, consider a few more skibuses running all the way to Dienten in morning and bach in afternoon as it is quite difficult for smaller kids to ski from maria alm to there, but would be great to be able to show small kids more of the area (and also for more experienced skiers to save time when wanting to explore the Dienten – Muhlbach part of the system. All this being said we had a very good trip to maria alm and we will definitely consider coming back and recommend it to others, especially if you change the way you do your discounts:-) Have a good last part of the season, Kind regards Andreas

Es war für unsere Familie ein sehr schöner Skiurlaub mit tollem Appartement.

Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft. Jederzeit gerne wieder - viell. nächstes Jahr sogar eine ganze Woche. Leider hat halt das Wetter nicht so mitgespielt, wie wir uns das gewünscht hätten.
