Description
This typically Austrian chalet has a beautiful location against the mountainside, giving you lovely views of the mountain world. It is the rightmost chalet of the 3 chalets located next to each other. After an active day in the mountains, unwind in your own wellness area with sauna. From here, you can easily reach the popular ski resorts of Zillertal Arena by public transport
The chalet is located in the beautiful town of Krimml. Known for its waterfalls, right on the border with Wald im Pinzgau.
For all active skiers, the skibus stop is only 400 m from the house, with a frequent connection that takes you to Königsleiten. Here, the largest ski area in the Zillertal is right at your feet. The ski area the Zillertal Arena offers 147 kilometres of well-prepared slopes. In the cosy après-ski bar in Krimml you can have a drink together!
There are places in Austria that must be seen. One of those places is the Krimmler Waterfalls, which is the highest tiered waterfall in Europe. A visit to this natural wonder is not to be missed!

lovely house, big enough for 14 people
We stayed with three families in this atmospheric house. Everything was well provided and complete. The kitchen is not very spacious for the number of people but still fine. The house is conveniently located to the ski bus, this makes it easy to go towards hochkrimml for skiing.
Very nice chalet in a nice spot in Krimml, for the location definitely recommended. The chalet is a bit dated though and could use an upgrade. The cleaning could have been better and the caretaker could have paid more attention to the slipperiness of the pavement and car park, everyone went under once.
It is a nice spacious house with spacious bedrooms and plenty of bath caners. Nice views from balcony and terrace. Only drawback can be the noise of motorbikes from the road. Particularly on weekends, a much-travelled road by motorbikes to or from Gerlos. Kitchen inventory is complete. Wellness area is fine. We really enjoyed ourselves here ( two people and a dog) The manager was extremely friendly.
Everything top. Very clean. Everything you need is there. Nice contact on site. Gladly again at any time.
