This accommodation really has thought of everything, from baking paper on the baking tray in the oven, hand soap in the hand soap pump, washing-up liquid, toilet paper, a very nice outdoor sauna you can just use, a garden terrace with privacy. It has an electrically operated sunshade. Everything is thought of. You are contacted when you have arrived, when we got home there was a card in our letterbox. The beds are fine and there is plenty of storage space for your clothes.

We spent 3 weeks in this flat and just felt completely at home, so much so that we would have loved to stay another 3 weeks. We were able to let our little dog run free at all times as the property is completely fenced in. The flat really is a dream, typically Austrian and yet very modern. Great!

Nice and modern holiday home/apartment where love and attention has been put into it. Cleaning is good. Fine furniture and good beds! 2 modern bathrooms. Good washer and dryer is very nice. Fine garden. Owner is nice and had good contact via email. We were allowed to enter the flat earlier in the day. Very nice! Waste sorting is good to do with all bins under the carport. Carport for the car is also nice. Location of the flat is good. Central and the Badensee is just a short walk away. Supermarket nearby. Couple of points that don't affect the grade ;) : - There are lots of flies and mosquitoes. No screens for windows. - Frying pans are in need of replacement. - You can see into the sauna from the street. No privacy. We did not use it but for those who choose it. Be prepared. - explanation on automatic sunshade would be nice. Have found out that if it blows slightly it goes in automatically. Kind of a security feature. Nice feature. You just have to know it. After all, it won't go down then. We had 2 wonderful weeks in this beautiful flat.

The flat is completely complete, cosy and spotlessly clean. Located nicely in a quiet location. Otherwise, good and clear contact via app with Sonja. On to a next time!

Well located flat, from there many great surroundings are easy to reach. Swimming lake within walking distance 👍.

Everything was as good as ever. Only the awning should have worked!

The room layout is ideal and it can't be topped in terms of space. The furnishings are absolutely fine: mega-comfortable dining area with bench, 3 TVs, 2 large showers. Everything was available for daily needs: a Nespresso and a normal coffee machine, toaster, everything you need. We were very satisfied. The sauna and the small garden are also wonderful.

Wonderful flat to feel at home in. Well located to reach the ski resorts.

A great place to stay with our teenage children. We particularly enjoyed the spacious living room/kitchen and the sauna. Sonja, our host, was responsive and accommodating.

Very well equipped accommodation, super comfortable bed, very clean and new, great location as a starting point for excursions or just a walk in the village. All necessary shops in the village, also a bakery in the vicinity. Hikes also possible directly from the accommodation, also our two Chihuahuas felt very comfortable. One of the best accommodations we have ever stayed in. An oasis of well-being!

Super nice flat, with everything that makes a great holiday! Our dog also felt very comfortable. The walk around the house with the dog is not so great, but we were always in the area. Will be very happy to come back....🙋‍♀️👍
