There is indeed a smoking smell coming from downstairs. Fortunately, you can ventilate well, so this is not a problem in the summer. Furthermore, the extractor hood could be better mounted in the kitchen. Making a lot of noise now. In an earlier review we read about only 2 burners, but there are now just 4. And house is next to the railway line. Some woke up early because of this. Furthermore, it said on the site: Next to the ski slope. That is not the case, but close to the larger road and near the bus stop. Also excellent value for money.

Nice pink house located right next to the ski buses. Kaltenbach and Zillertal Arena were easily accessible by bus. From Kaltenbach there is also a beautiful valley run which ends within walking distance of the apartment. Mayernhoven was only 15 minutes away by car. The apartment itself is equipped with a completely new kitchen including oven. The bathroom was also very modern. Everything was clean. Two small points of attention: the wifi does not work very well and it smells quite strongly of smoke inside, so not suitable for people with asthma or the like. We ourselves have not experienced this as very annoying. All in all we had a great stay, definitely recommended! (Friend group of 5 people about 25 years old)

Beautiful cottage. Neat, clean and a lovely balcony with a beautiful view. Beautiful area with many activities and mountain railways. We had a fantastic week here.

Arrival was fine, everything was clean and ready for use. Environment is also ok. Take into account the track next to the house. Train time only during the day but starts on time. Accommodation is also neat, a few small overdue things that are "pieces" but nothing to really worry about. 1 very small thing, it really is not a place for tall people. I am 1.90 and have hit my head several times. Once again that minor inconvenience did not outweigh the wonderful week we've had. Fine...

The app was nothing wrong with it but not for 6 people you have only two seeds to kokenEn therefore not fit another two pans together tricky yourself you can not smoke in the house where nothing is wrong, but once you enter the house will you smell that the owners themselves smoke

Perfect place for a ski trip.

At the beginning of our trip the heater was defective. We only had 18 or 19 degrees in the living room. The owner was very helpful and has brought the disorder service on Saturday and Sunday. On Monday, the defect could be remedied. In the meantime, he has provided us with a radiator available. By and large (the bathroom was not really warm in the bedrooms we need no heating) we had so that the problem under control. When the heater worked, it was ok.

We have been with three people and have had a fantastic ski holiday. Aschau in the Ziller Valley is centrally located and provides easy access to the vast ski areas. We are driven by their own transportation to the various mountain railways but there are also non-stop ski buses stop in front of the accommodation. The house was super clean and equipped with all necessary things. We are very well received and the service is perfect short highly recommended and we will definitely come back again
