Sehr gemütliche und schöne Wohnung. Die Reinigung ist erstklassig. Super gute Lage mit herrlicher Aussicht auf die Berge. Die Gastgeber sind hilfsbereite und nette Menschen, die alles tun, um den Urlaub perfekt zu machen.

Nice accommodation in a quiet place on the mountain. When it snows, snow chains are needed to get up the mountain. Dear owners. Beds are made daily and vacuumed regularly. Nice beds.

The apartment is taken care of down to the last detail. And every day everything is cleaned and tidied up. Friendly owners who want to do everything for us. A big 10 for us!

A wonderfully beautiful apartment halfway up the mountain with a fantastic view over the Brixental, apartment is very suitable for 2 people, you could stay with 5 people but it is too small for that. Fresh towels every day and the apartment is cleaned and the beds made, so we really liked it and will definitely come back to Katharina and Johan Riedmann on the salvenberg in Brixen im thale.

We had two wonderful weeks in Apartment Riedmann. As already described in the other reviews, the Riedmann family is very hospitable and the guests are well pampered. We felt right at home there. The apartment is pleasant and spacious. It is a bit higher on the mountain, in a very quiet place. From the terrace you have a beautiful view over the valley. There is much to experience and enjoy in the vicinity. We will gladly come back. family Northman

De ontvangst was really great. Het appartement was zeer goed. Wij komen al jaren in de zomer maar vooral in de winter in de regio ‘Wilder Kaiser’ en daar kan men fantastically wandelen en natuurlijk ook skiën.

Beautiful apartment, recently renovated, spacious bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen. The owners are very friendly. Nice welcome with coffee, schnapps. We had very nice conversations on the shared terrace. Everything is spotless and the apartment is cleaned every day, beds made. We were here in the summer. Bought a lift pass and walked a lot. There are many fun things for children to do in the area. Tip: take the first lift up and have breakfast at a mountain hut!

Brixen im thale is a wonderful village where you can relax. Beautiful environment lots of nature and a nice outdoor swimming pool with more. Haus Riedmann is a spacious clean apartment and the host and lady are very hospitable.

Great welcome, despite our early arrival. No problem. The accommodation was already ready. The owners helped carry the luggage upstairs !! Then a drink on the terrace with a schnapps! Accommodation: large, super clean and everything is there.

Everything was fine and we had a fantastic time. Unfortunately a ski accident threw a spanner in the works and we had to go back after 5 days. The fam Riedmann has helped us very well and they have reduced the skis and passes and refunded the received money These people are gold !!!

The owners / residents are very friendly. The apartment is very neat. In winter, snow chains are necessary, because the house is on a mountain road where there is no scattering.

An exceptional service is offered. Daily cleaning of the apartment by the landlord. Wonderful view from the terrace. Very quiet. One gets from train traffic and main road with nothing. For children very nice, outside play is possible (dead end). Perfect for families or friends, with laundry facilities in every room. Various leisure activities possible. Hiking, climbing, cycling, swimming and shopping in Kitzbühl. The adventure mountains are a hit for children. Something for everyone. We would book this apartment again.

A super ambiance the owners are loving and warm people who love to put in the design of accommodation for children it is ideal. Everything close to what you need. The shared use of the sun terrace brings young and old together we will definately come back it was just a dream of imprisonment.

On arrival we were immediately offered coffee and a schnapps. We immediately got an explanation about the house and received the guest card. The accommodation was good and from the house there is a fantastic view over the Brixental. From the house there are nice walks to make. The service of the owner is very good. Every day the beds are made, the garbage is cleaned up and the towels are replaced.

We are honored to be the guest of Fam Riedmann (they're the winner of the Best Host Austria 2017). They are no doubt our best ever, not because others are bad, but because Fam. Riedmann just do more and better! We were warmly welcomed with a breathtaking view on theirhuge terrace. Their house is located a bit higher up hill but well-connected. The area is a paradise for mountain and forest lovers. Their apartment is super clean, cozy, equipped with everything we need! The outstanding service like daily cleaning and fresh bread makes us feel like in a 5-star hotel! Above all, they treat like families.So, thank you so much!

In a word SUPER! Hospitable daily clean, tidy beds and made-up beds. Great view from big terrace.

Upon arrival we were received very well. The owners helped to unload the car. Supervising people! Every day, the apartment was polished. We got bed and bath linen. There was nothing missing in the apartment. Every morning our fresh sandwiches were delivered by the owner. The surroundings are beautiful. Tirol is an outstanding hiking area. We certainly want to go back !!

Nice arrival with coffee and schnapps. Accommodation was good. It is also cleaned during the week and made bed. It is about 1.5 km from the gondola. Can fine to go by car if there is no snow.

It was not the first time at this address, but again received neat! Every day tidy, dirty taken away, highly recommended! Setting super nice, because of warm temperatures now (tasty) no snow chains have needed. Delicious to enjoy on the large terrace.

For a skiing holiday in Skiwelt the house is fantastically located. Slow down a mountain road just above the village, yet close to amenities, ski lifts and slopes (with enough snow even on the slopes). Beautiful spacious apartment where everything is present (including spaces for skiing "and boot) .But the biggest recommendation are incredibly welcoming and helpful hosts. Every day the apartment is spic and span, and you can always find them .

Very nice vacation apartment had in Riedemann! Super friendly and helpful owners. For small additional charge, the owners for us each morning to the bakery. Snow was cleared every day so that we could go easily to the piste. Thanks very much.

We spent great time staying here for ski vacation. Very nice owners and extremely clean appartments. Some problems with WiFi and necessary to use winter chains doesn't make our rest worse. We enjoyed our holidays here.

After a very warm welcome, we are pampered by this nice family. We include fun trips made to wilpark Aurach Kitzbuhel. Upon returning home, the apartment was repeatedly with clean towels and everything was cleaned up. Service is very important and it shows.

A beautiful moment in the Austrian Alps, the ski resort is amazing! L 'apartment is of high quality, five adults can easily sleep there, and it has all the necessary amenities. The house is located in the heights of Brixen-im-Thallus, but "access to the slopes requires a car. The owners are very friendly and really nice!

Very well maintained house. Beds are neatly made every day and you come home to a clean and tidy house! The track is 100 meters walk. A disadvantage is that the black descent and not in the red. The black is not artificially besneeuw and so he was not prepared. More about the ski resort and the owners nothing but praise. Reception with drinks was a nice start!

We have a very good holiday with the family Riedemann. The apartment is very neat and clean and spacious enough for 5 people. The beds are excellent and the kitchen has everything you could need provided. The area is quiet and the view is very nice also uphill! The service of this family is more than excellent. Every day we found after a day skiing everything to perfection to care. The road up to the house is easy to do all his snow chains in winter is recommended. Down at the lift is enough parking, even in high season. The black run near the house was just so well prepared that is no problem to take a more experienced skier. We will definitely go back to this apartment!

The family Riedemann is a very friendly and welcoming family who have made an art of their guests to pamper. Every day clean towels and beds made, the waste was removed and no request was too much. This gives a very welcome feeling!

The apartment was more than big enough for 5 people. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is all cleaned by the owner and the bread service is well organized. As the apartment includes all praise. The only downside is the black ski 100 meters from the house, which is unfortunately not prepared, but the owner of the apartment do anything about it.

The holiday home is situated in a beautiful location. The view is beautiful, but unfortunately the rooms from non-directional valley we were very warmly received. The people are so welcoming and will mean much to you, that you almost be pampered. The rooms are spotless and very complete. For us it was a top holiday.
