There is a small playground at the house. Several garden chairs and sunbeds. The beds were also ok. All clean. Each room has a bathroom with toilet. Super. And hand and bath towels available.
I would recommend this house to friends
Good location to the lift (about 700 metres) - with the valley run to Itter you can drive directly to the house, no direct bus connection in front of the house (bus stop lift Itter or 700 metres in the village) good parking possibilities at the house, older building in need of renovation, procedure was clear and well communicated, partly the rooms were cold. The thermostat solution (apparently smart technology) was not very well explained or operation was not comprehensible. We therefore removed the thermostats for heating. Fridge and dishwasher worked perfectly. The cooker had some shortcomings in operation, oven only 1 tray for max. 17 people, the switches are also in need of overhaul. Some of the furniture is falling apart and is outdated. Television and WLan are perfect. Very good ski cellar.
It is a spacious Austrian house. There were 12 of us and there was plenty of room. More could have slept there. A spacious dining room, where we could all sit comfortably. You walk straight to Itter's slopes. We had a great time there. The only drawback is a rather busy road on which the house is located on one side.
