Description
The flat is located on the first floor of Haus Flavon, a traditional Tyrolean country house in one of the most exclusive residential areas of Kitzbühel and with a magnificent view of the Wilder Kaiser, the Hahnenkamm and the town of Kitzbühel. Upon entering the house, you are greeted by an exposed roof truss with rustic old wood and tasteful furnishings with alpine chic.
The accommodation is located directly at the foot of the Kitzbüheler Horn. A leisurely walk with views of the Kitzbühel mountains takes you directly to the valley station of the Hornbahn cable car. The Hahnenkamm gondola station is also just 3.0 km from the accommodation. For skiing fans, the location is simply fantastic. You can watch the Hahnenkamm race wonderfully from the terrace and have a cosy winter BBQ on the side.
In the low seasons and in summer, you have all kinds of possibilities in Kitzbühel. Whether you want to explore the mountains and alpine pastures on a leisurely hike or prefer to go mountain biking. On cold and rainy days you can relax in the covered swimming pool of the Aquarena or on hot days again stroll along the Schwarzsee and cool off in the healing moor water.
From the accommodation you are only a few minutes' walk directly into the centre of Kitzbühel, where you will find various grocery shops, farm shops, cafés and restaurants and of course luxury shops.

The accommodation was okay, actually too expensive for the price-performance ratio. The sofas were worn out or smelled of mould stains, the dishwasher only cleaned on the highest programme setting, the carpet in the bedrooms is no longer up to date and the previous tenant's rubbish had still not been collected after two weeks. The telephone support was good. They answered and responded quickly. many thanks for that
The cottage is within walking distance of the Hofer which is easy if you only need a little bit. It is very quiet and a beautiful view.
We feel at home in this house with charm and patina. Car park in front of the house, very quiet location, Horn ski area within 15 minutes walking distance. Minus- The furnishings are a bit outdated. If the lower half of the house is occupied, the house can be noisy. We made sure that the children didn't jump around too wildly :-)
Really very nice accommodation with a beautiful view and quiet location. Through a hiking trail you are in 5-10min walk at the train station of Kitzbühel from there you can take the train / ski bus in 2min to the valley station of the Hahnenkamm cable car and is thus also super connected as a skier: Inn :)
Very good, quiet location. The flat is well furnished. The rooms are big enough. Great view from the large terrace, which is in the sun all day but also has shady areas.
