Description

We have one cozy apartment. It features a comfortable eat-in kitchen with satellite TV, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, four-burner stove, oven, and a cozy seating area. All necessary kitchen utensils are provided. The apartment is in a wonderfully quiet location with no noise.

We heat everything with wood. We have a room for drying ski boots and a wardrobe for ski equipment.

The bus stop is 150 meters from our house.

In summer, it's a paradise for children with a playground on the nearby "Gänsanger" meadow, a trampoline, and much more – plenty of space to run around and play. Hiking to our alpine pasture in the Schwarzach Valley is also possible in summer. There's a beautiful hiking area around the Gerlosstein (our local mountain). It's also a great starting point for bike tours.
