This pretty semi-detached chalet, located on the edge of the spa town of Bad Kleinkirchheim, has a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Its central location means that the hiking and ski lift Kaiserburgbahn, the golf course, the thermal baths St. Kathrein and Römerbad, as well as the center of Bad Kleinkirchheim with its many nice restaurants and shops, can be easily reached on foot or by car. It has modern and cozy furnishings and a pleasant south-facing garden
The town of Bad Kleinkirchheim is located at an altitude of 1050 m and, with the ski and hiking area Bad Kleinkirchheim - Sankt Oswald, with 103 kilometers of slopes in every season, offers the best to make your holiday a fantastic experience. The ski and hiking areas of both towns are connected. Alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, the thermal baths Römerbad, an 18-hole golf course right on your doorstep, mountain biking, and hiking. Well-known lakes such as Lake Wörthersee, Lake Ossiach, Lake Millstättersee, and Lake Klopeinersee are easy to reach by car

We found it a very practical, spacious and well-equipped flat with excellent beds; and very pleasantly equipped with two showers and two toilets. Also very nice and quiet location with nice terrace- at the end of the garden (over 30 m from the facade) does run the through road- so in morning some traffic- in the evening completely quiet with deer in the meadow across the road. Was very good starting point for (race) bike tours with Ost Ufer Weissensee and the Nockalmstrasse as highlights. You can probably also do very good mountain biking and hiking here- lots of options right from the house.
Superb holiday flat, which is actually half of a house. Beautiful terrace with a great view. Plenty of space and everything you need for a large group. The sauna is the highlight of the accommodation.
We are very satisfied. Everything was excellent. The ski resort is nearby, surrounded by beautiful nature. The house has everything needed for 9 people. We hope to come back again. Highly recommended!
