This beautiful detached house is located on a small holiday park, a few minutes' drive from the cosy town of Hermagor and a ten-minute drive from the beautiful ski area of Nassfeld and Presseggersee Lake. The house has fantastic unobstructed views and a double infrared sauna. Enjoy the sun on the lovely terrace. You can park your car directly at your accommodation. The peace in the mountains of Carinthia makes this the ultimate place to enjoy and relax
The Nassfeld ski area, with 110 km of slopes in southern Austria, is very snow-sure and sunny due to its location on the south side of the Alps., It also features Austria's longest gondola, the Millennium Express. A 20-minute drive away, you will find the Weissensee lake, where many skating enthusiasts go in winter. In spring, summer, and autumn, this is a must for nature lovers. With the crystal-clear water in the middle of the mountains, this is one of the most beautiful spots in Austria. For children, there is plenty of space to play wonderfully. Don't feel like cooking? There are plenty of opportunities to eat out in the surrounding area. This place is easy to reach, without difficult mountain roads. Carinthia is lovely in both summer and winter. Winters are generally very sunny and cold, and summers are wonderfully warm. At the Presseggersee, it's great to relax by the water, with temperatures reaching up to 28 degrees

It is a super nice villa with great mountain views. There are 3 spacious double bedrooms, a nice bathroom with infrared sauna, plenty of storage space, crockery and cutlery. For shopping, you can visit several different supermarkets in the town. We had a great holiday, even in October.
We spent a wonderful 12 days in this holiday home and felt very comfortable both in the house and in the surrounding area. Of all the houses in this small holiday home development, this one has the best location in our opinion. In September, the houses were only about 25% occupied, so it was very quiet. You couldn't hear anything from the road. We found it perfect as a starting point for our hikes and excursions. There are more than enough shopping facilities in Hermagor. However, you should arrive by car. We would book it again
The house is beautiful and well located for excursions and hikes.
A very nice accommodation. Very quiet location, perfect for slowing down. If someone asked us, we would recommend the accommodation 1000%. We felt very comfortable and didn't want to go back home 🤭. If we were to travel to Carinthia again, we would choose this house again!
Last house in the group of holiday homes, so great view of meadows, fields with mountains in the valley. Lovingly furnished and equipped. Everything important is available in the kitchen, for example, incl. hoover etc. Great atmosphere in and around the house, plenty of space in front (we were there with motorbikes) for vehicles. Energy is not wasted due to PV, rubbish is separated. It was all really nice! (hopefully see you next year!)
The house was very clean and well equipped. We felt very comfortable and especially enjoyed the quiet location.
