A small stream borders the property, along with a quiet spot for yoga or meditation. In heavy snowfall, the last 300 meters may only be accessible on foot. On the outskirts Annaberg, in a secluded, quiet position, 900 m from the skiing area. For shared use: natural state property. In the house: washing machine. 300 m long bumpy, steep motor access to the grounds. In Winter: please take snow chains. 300 m steep footpath to the house. Parking (for 2 cars).
