This apartment for a maximum of 4 people is located in an apartment complex right in the center of Maria Alm in Salzburgerland and offers direct access to the Hochkönig ski region.
The apartment is on the third floor and offers a cozy kitchen-living room with open kitchen and seating, a seleepingcorner with loft bed and bunk bed, a spacious bathroom and a balcony. The apartment complex also has a ski storage room. Parking is available directly at the apartment complex. The balcony offers a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains and the village and the ski slopes are almost next to the apartment complex.
The apartment complex is located in the middle of the Hochkönig ski region, which is part of the Ski Amade ski area. Against the backdrop of the Hochkönig, this ski area between the three towns of Maria Alm, Dienten and Mühlbach offers up to 120 spacious and wide kilometers of slopes, 3 fun parks and 34 lifts. The ski slopes can be reached on foot from the apartment complex.
In summer, the Sommerstein adventure pool at the eastern end of Maria Alm, the Obsmarkt adventure pool in Saalfelden or the Zeller lido in Zell am See offer lots of bathing fun! The idyllic town of Maria Alm is a sports paradise and place of pilgrimage in the middle of the Salzburg mountains and offers many other leisure and activity options.
You will find several restaurants, shops and the tourist office right in the town center. The state capital of Salzburg can be reached in about 1.5 hours by car.
Please note: Arrival should be between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. For arrivals after 6 p.m. there is a fee of €10.00 per hour. Arrivals after 8 p.m. are no longer possible.

The apartment itself was fine, if not a bit underwhelming initially. It was well taken care of and cleaned, but I had the wrong expectations. The lady renting it doesn't really speak English very well, but we managed to communicate in the end. The view from the balcony is amazing, a great look onto the mountains in the distance. The area surrounding the apartment was also very tourist-friendly with lots of activities and sights to see. Overall, price was reasonable with what you get. The lady renting the place was nice, and we had a good stay here. The only thing I disliked were the beds. I'm around 191cm and the beds in the apartment are a bit too small for my liking, so you've been warned if you're a bit on the tall side.
There was no bedroom, but a "loft" where 2 beds were made one above the other. Definitely not pleasant! In the hallway to the living room is a very large and wide hallway closet that you can barely pass. Bathroom and living room were good! Not recommended, this apartment. Unfortunately
We were already at half past eleven at the apartment. The lady did not find it a problem and we were allowed a little earlier. Cottage is somewhat small but nice enough for 2 people. Just a pity that there was no laundry rack outside and the seats outside were not very nice
Nice welcome, small room but what can you expect for that money. Spotless & beautiful location.
Upon arrival at our apartment we had to wait half an hour, the people who would bring the key were on their way. The accommodation was somewhat smaller than expected, but very neat. Personally, I found the beds very hard. The people who took care of us were very nice and helpful. The environment was very beautiful.
The arrival was great and smooth. The accommodation was very centrally located everything was within easy reach. The surrounding area was super nice.
