Description
This typically Austrian primal chalet has a beautiful location against the mountainside, giving you lovely views of the mountain world. It is the leftmost chalet of the 3 chalets located next to each other. After an active day in the mountains, unwind in your own wellness area with sauna. From here, you can easily reach the popular ski resorts of Zillertal Arena by public transport
The chalet is located in the beautiful town of Krimml. Known for its waterfalls, on the border with Wald im Pinzgau.
As a winter sportsman, from the chalet, 400 metres away, you take the ski bus with a frequent connection that takes you to Königsleiten. Here, the largest ski area in the Zillertal is at your feet. The ski area the Zillertal Arena offers 147 kilometres of well-prepared slopes. In the cosy après-ski bar in Krimml you can have a drink together!
There are places in Austria that must be seen. One such place is the Krimmler Wasserfälle. The highest tiered waterfall in Europe can be found here in Krimml. A visit to this natural wonder is not to be missed!

Everything was great - location, parking in front of the house, nice rooms, spacious living-dining area with a really nice, large table that also had room for 2 children's chairs. Everything you need in the kitchen and a good bathroom situation. The only drawback: 2 toilets are sometimes a bit tight for 8 adults and 2 small children, but you can manage. The corner bath with whirlpool function was very nice, even the children had fun! Only the exit to the cellar is very dangerous with small children because it's on the way between the kitchen and the living/dining area - we put a bench in front of it. The sun terrace is marvellous :) and you can walk directly from the house along the Sonnenhang path, which is great!
It is a pity that there are only 2 toilets for a maximum number of 12 people. Another one in the basement would not be bad, so that there is not such a rush in the morning.
What a super nice and well-kept house this was! Perfectly located about 15 min from the child-friendly ski area in Krimml. And very slightly further the beautiful Köningsleiten. Cosiness with the fireplace and nice relaxing in the sauna. The welcome by Thomas was also excellent. In addition, the contact with the owner Tineke is also top! We had lost something and during a trip to Austria for herself, she simply went to collect this stuff and then returned it to us by post, what a service! Highly recommended. We went with 2 families and how perfect!
Unfortunately, many huts are closed in winter where you could stop off after a walk, Bus connections are very well timed, so you can do without the car. Nevertheless, a lovely place to relax and switch off.

Quiet location Good for relaxation
The Seebach hut is ideal for a communal, cosy hut holiday for up to 6 adults. The bedrooms on the upper floor are spacious, the one on the ground floor is very small.
Wonderful accommodation for our group of 10. Only a 5 min drive to the village. We were most impressed with the level of equipment and facilities.
