In winter, you are at the ski lift of the cosy, family-friendly ski area Ski Hohentauern with 11 km of slopes within minutes (100 meters!). Fancy more of a challenge? Discover the nearby top ski resorts Kreischberg/Murau (42 km of slopes), Lachtal (26 km of slopes), Turracher Höhe (43 km of slopes) or cosy Kaiserau - ideal for beginners. Cross-country skiers can hit the trails directly from the chalet park.

Once the snow gives way to green mountain meadows, Hohentauern turns into a paradise for hikers, cyclists and mountain bikers.
