A very tidy, clean and fully equipped holiday home! The hosts are very accommodating. As a family, we had a wonderful stay and can and will always recommend this house to others!

The stay was very pleasant. The contact with the property management was extremely friendly and always helpful. The kitchen equipment is exemplary. The bread roll service is very pleasant and always punctual. The house is very clean and well maintained. The accommodation can be recommended without reservation!

And very nice and spacious house. Everything super finished, crockery, glasses and cutlery in abundance. Good beds and fine parking at the house. The welcome by the neighbouring owners with schnapps, we found very nice. The bread service is also very easy (and delicious). It really comes highly recommended! We rented it in the summer to do motorbike rides. So the nice spacious ski room was used for motorbike clothes.

Apart Luisa is a top location. Fully equipped and spacious. On arrival, the location had been delivered very clean. The owner Barbara Schmid was very helpful and the (morning) hot bread service made it complete. Bus stop at 50m with continuous service to St Anton is highly recommended. We had a lovely stay.

Very nice and large house. For us, this was a Top location! House is completely renovated and only in use since December 2023. So everything is new and very fully equipped. Bedrooms all offer plenty of space and some have their own bathroom and toilet. Living room and kitchen are large and fine for a large group. The Ski-bus stops in front of the door and within 10 minutes you are at the lift in Sankt Anton. The very friendly Barbara made sure we were not short of anything. For us definitely a villa to come back to again. Highly recommended!!!

Lovely holiday home for a large group. Fully and well furnished and very cosy.

Fantastic apartment, clean, comfortable, well equipped, close to the bus stop. We had a group of 6 people staying for a week and Apart Loisa had everything we needed. There was plenty of space in each of the rooms, many included a small desk, which was perfect as we were working; the beds were comfortable, the shower water pressure was strong. The downstairs was also spacious and we enjoyed group meals. The upstairs was cozy for a movie night. The bus stop was less than 5 minutes walking. Overall, I can highly recommend!!

We felt really at home with Babsi and Giovanni! The holiday flat has been beautifully renovated with great attention to detail. The ski bus stops right outside the door and only takes a few minutes, and the ski area offers everything you need for a great winter holiday. We would come back again!
