Kreischberg - Ski slopes for every level
The 42 km of pistes are divided into just under 17 km of blue, 16 km of red and 9 km of black runs. The 15 lifts take you to the higher areas. Every night, the slopes are prepared by snowcats to ensure perfect conditions for skiing. Snow cannons are used to ensure that Kreischberg has snow in spring and autumn.
Nearby Murau offers another 55km of slopes.
For fast skiers, there is a race track and a timed track. For the kids there is Yabba Dabbo-Doo-Land, the Dino Park, the Kreischi Trampoline and much more.
Après ski in Kreischberg
For après-ski enthusiasts, Kreischberg has a number of après-ski venues. For those who love the nightlife, there is the Kastanienbar. Here you can have a drink and dance.
Mountain huts
Along the slopes are several mountain huts where you can take a break and enjoy the view or spoil the inner man. Pass by the Rieglerhütte. A great opportunity!
Funpark Kreischberg
Freestylers and freeriders can also visit Kreischberg. It is home to the largest halfpipe in Europe. The fun park is located at 1,900 metres and has a halfpipe, quarterpipe, kickers, tables, boxes and rails for a great day of fun.
Other activities in Kreischberg
You can also go hiking or cross-country skiing in the region. The best routes start in Murau.
There is much more to do in Murau. There is a sauna, fitness centre, indoor swimming pool, tennis and squash courts, ice rink, toboggan run and curling. There is plenty to do for those who want a change of pace or for those who want to do something in the evenings. There is also a cinema and two discotheques.
