On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and their own balcony (1 bedroom has several stackable beds), on the second floor there are 4 more bedrooms, all with their own balcony, 2 of them with en-suite bathrooms, and another bathroom . There is also a terrace and a garden for you to linger and relax in, as well as 3 parking spaces.

The small, romantic town of Hollersbach in the upper Salzach Valley is the southernmost entry point to the well-known ski area Panoramabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen / Mittersill (KitzSki) with 160 kilometers of slopes and 57 lifts. The equally popular Pass Thurn ski area with 181km of slopes is approx. 20 km away.

Hollersbach, the herb, art and culture village is located in the Zell am See district and offers a number of restaurants, shops and supermarkets as well as a number of events. A highlight is the Larmkogel, 11 km away, a mountain peak that is definitely worth seeing, while on the Pihapper, 16 km away, you will feel like you are on top of the world!

Salzburg Airport is 112 km away.
