Lush chalet with sauna and hot tub
Sankt Margarethen im Lungau, Salzburg, Austria
This modern, detached chalet for a maximum of 12 people is located right in the center of Sankt Margarethen im Lungau in Salzburgerland, a short distance from the ski lift and with a great view of the ski slopes.
The chalet consists of 2 residential units, this residential unit has a total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and is suitable for a maximum of 12 people. (including sofa bed for 2 people in the attic). The living area offers a modern Austrian dining area, a large seating area and a luxurious kitchen. There is underfloor heating everywhere and through the patio doors you can access the large outdoor terrace in the south-facing garden with a patio table, bench and (deck) chairs. Parking is available directly at the chalet.
Outside there is a garden with its own outdoor room with a ski boot heater, a covered lounge seating area, a separate sauna with an outdoor shower and a large hot tub.
The chalet is within walking distance of the ski lift of the Katschberg-Aineck ski area (70 km of slopes) and approx. 200 m from the town center with plenty of shopping opportunities. The Obertauern ski area (100 km of slopes) can be reached by car in 25 minutes, the Grosseck-Speiereck ski area (50 km of slopes) in 5 minutes and the family mountain Fanningberg in 20 minutes (30 km of slopes), all with the free ski bus.
The cities of Salzburg and Villach, but also northern Italy, Slovenia and Croatia are easily accessible. In summer, both active holidaymakers and those seeking peace and quiet can enjoy this wonderful environment. Golfing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, rafting, yoga on the mountain and motorcycling on the many beautiful passes in the area are one of the many ways to experience a fantastic vacation!

Beautiful house in a beautiful location in a quiet town and within walking distance of the piste. For 8 adults, however, on the tight side since 1 of the four bedrooms has bunk beds, the bathrooms are also not very large. Furthermore, little storage space in the whole house. Contact with the manager was pleasant and went smoothly.
What a wonderful holiday with the family. Beautiful spotless luxury house, with a warm welcome. Beautiful surroundings and lovely evenings in the sauna and jacuzzi. The owners were helpful and very nice! Definitely worth coming again.

Bit of a search before we found the house. Location in village. The reception was remote (by phone). Not cozy but functional and understandable.
a fantastic house with all the luxury and convenience you can expect. A wonderfully quiet village with good slopes for the middle-class skier. Lots of diversity a place to go to. Do not expect apres ski in the village, you will have to make it yourself at home ";-)
We were with family, children and grandchildren. House was clean, but the people who received us were certainly not hospitable people. Immediately calling for the tourist contribution (we knew that if cash with us,) that was important to them. Immediately gone Down again, crawling grandchild and the stairs down. That is not possible, a stair gate must be made for that. the whole week I was worried that she would fall through the door (did not close properly), so the hole fell down. sauna jacuzzi, cot and high chair! And how our surprise sketches that it was not possible !!! So we call again and they brought it, right again customer unkind to us. Not from sorry etc, but immediately this costs € 35.00. I do not agree with this and expect you to pay € 35.00 back. Our grandchild was too small for the big chair, while she is 10 months old. an Ikea high chair It was a beautiful house in a beautiful location and close to ski slopes Beautiful decor. Pleasantly surprised! You know you rent a nice house, but it surpassed everything. Right down to the smallest details, thought of everything. Setting was beautiful, quiet, wonderful view, and also from every window in the house another spectacular view.
Good service, beautiful house! We had with a large group of 2 houses connected to each other.Great sauna, hot tub, good beds.
