This large, modern and luxurious apartment for a maximum of 12 people is located in an apartment house in St. Georgen near Salzburg in Salzburgerland, near Kaprun and Zell am See. The apartment house consists of a total of 5 apartments, which can be rented individually or together.
This large, stylishly furnished apartment is located on the entire 1st floor and offers 2 large living/bedrooms, each with a double bed and a bunk bed for 1 person (separated by a sliding door). 2 open fully equipped kitchens, each with a dining table, 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed for 1 person and 2 large bathrooms. The apartment also has 2 balconies and there is a ski room available for shared use on the ground floor, as well as a washing machine (against payment) and bicycles (against payment). Parking is available directly at the apartment building.
The town of St. Georgen near Salzburg is centrally located in Salzburgerland, so in summer there are many golf courses, the Krimml waterfalls, the Großglocknerstraße, but also beautiful nature for hiking or mountain biking nearby. In winter you can reach the 3 ski areas of Zell am See with a total of 408 kilometers of slopes (Schmittenhöhe ski area, the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area and the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm / Leogang / Fieberbrunn) within a short time.
In summer, the swimming lake in St. Georgen or Lake Bürmoos offer lots of swimming fun!
There are plenty of shops for your daily needs right in town as well as a good selection of restaurants. The state capital Salzburg can be reached in about 30 minutes by car.

The apartment is clean, modern, large and very well equipied. The host is very helpful. The whole house is a perfect place for 5/6 families or a big group of freinds wanting to spend time together. It is close to Zell am See/Kaprun/Sallabach ski region.
When we arrived everything was already prepared and we could "move in" directly! The property kept everything that was promised and even went beyond! The apartment was well furnished and for 9 people absolutely sufficient. Especially the new, modern and above all flexible facility we really liked. The bathroom and toilets were in brand new condition and very well maintained! The environment was more than great! In a cozy village (even with a great village festival) conveniently located in a great location we could experience a great "active holiday"!

We were the very first guests of this luxury holiday complex. We had rented it via Belvilla as a 4-bedroom apartment, unfortunately we were told a few weeks before the departure date that the whole has only 3 bedrooms. If you then with a travel party of 12 people of which 5 couples to divide the bedrooms is not really nice) There is a sleeping opportunity for 3 people in the living room but then the bank is immediately out of use. So every night bed build up and break off in the evening, not really relaxed. Sleeping in the living room for sound, heat and cooking odors is also not very nice. The complex and apartment is of a high level finish, tastefully decorated and with super extensive kitchens (with 12 people you have access to two full kitchen which is very enjoyable) The owner couple is very friendly and attentive.The village St. Georgen is a very small village without real shops etc. but within a 10 minute drive are a lot of different supermarkets and other stores.The ski areas Zell am See and Kaprun are very nice and offer something for everyone. Also for the non skier / snowboarder it is certainly worthwhile at Kaprun once with the lifts all the way up to the viewpoint at 3029 mt to enjoy the uitzicht.Kortom A beautiful apartment but not really suitable for 12 people certainly not when the group postpones)
