House is okay but it was not cool.

October 2023

House not in a clean condition upon arrival, cobwebs in every room including spiders on the walls, under the furniture, dirty sinks. The heating didn't work for the first few days, a technician came and repaired it. The faucet in a bathroom didn't work, so the drain smelled and the house smelled at certain times. Technician did not repair this. No guest cards received. Information folder not up to date.

December 2022

We were a group of 9 adults and a 1-year-old in this house. In general we had a good stay, but given the price (even though it is in the middle of the Christmas holidays) we expected more from a number of things. A number of tops, flops and tips: - the location in relation to Kaprun and Zell am See is top. With a 10-minute drive you are at the Areitbahn. Ski bus stops at the bottom of the house. (Doesn't go very often) - Well equipped in terms of equipment - spacious rooms (also 4th bedroom is spacious, photo distorts enormously) and sufficient bathrooms. Unfortunately, the water from one of the showers did not drain, so it was a water ballet when showering. - there is NO bathtub. Contrary to what the photos lead you to believe. - good beds, bad pillows - the underfloor heating is nice - spacious storage for skis with boot warmer - sufficient parking space at the house. No chargers, but there are 2 charging points nearby and you could also use the socket in the storage. - In principle, there is no one to show you around the house, to tell you what to do with your waste, how to leave it behind, or to give you the key. There is a key safe in the storage, but we had no code. We had to call to find out the code. Instructions in the Belvilla folder were minimal and irrelevant to this house. - the story about the cunning way up is correct. A big car is not going to have it easy here. In any case, you have to turn the street past the entrance of the house and that is not necessarily easy. Even without snow we went up spinning on the first meters. - there is bath and kitchen linen, but not enough for a week with 10 people (2 tea towels). Poor quality towels. There is a washing machine, so they may assume you are doing laundry. - the house was not properly cleaned. There was everything under the table and benches in the kitchen and under the beds it was also a dust nest. I can understand that there is not every time under hard-to-access beds / benches

It was a great holiday for us! The accessibility by car is a challenge due to narrow and steep access path. A walk-through bedroom is not always handy, but it was doable. The folder indicated that there would be a bath, but there is not.

Great stay. We really enjoyed the view from the Chalet (Salzach) Yet the critical eye fell on a number of points: - In the house there is 1 bedroom for 2 people, which you can only reach by going through another bedroom. - The layout of the house is also not optimal as it used to be 2 apartments that have now been joined together and have become 1 large house. This is beautiful again on the mountain (with SUPER view!) - The path to the top is really VERY narrow. Here our car only just fit up and once at the top you can NOT get the turn to the real (steep) path to the house. That means in reverse up and if there is snow here you don't stand a chance. So you only do this once and never again. My advice is to arrange a parking space downstairs (hotel Lukashansl or Lukasmayr) and then just walk back and forth. - You only get 1 set of towels per person PER WEEK (We have therefore asked for more via our contact person and that was fine and was in a place where we could reach ourselves) - There is a washer / dryer combination available where you can wash. This works really well but unfortunately it is in the kitchen. This could have been done in the loft where you put the skis (this is heated because) Then some tips / info: - Excellent ski / shoes / helmet rental is at the foot of the path to the chalet. This gentleman has Helped us excellently.Valt not to be missed if you pass by.-There is Netflix on the TV in the living room.(Bring your own login codes of course)-Bring your own kitchen linen because it was not much, unfortunately.-YES there is a coffee machine available for nespresso cups and filter coffee.Although these could be renewed in my opinion.- The Billa (supermarket) in Bruck is considerably quieter than the one towards Zell am See (Sud)- Do you want to ski on the glacier / Kitzsteinhorn? the beautifully situated road along the Castle Kaprun --> through Kaprun and ri

September 2020

Everything was fantastic!

March 2020

Arrival uncomplicated. Landlord not seen, agreement by phone. Environment very good. All shops not far away. Skibus too rare. With your own car to the lift. Driveway to the hut very narrow, steep and very wet.

July 2019

Beautiful environment. Fantastic accommodation. Very nice stay!

March 2019

It is a very beautiful and spacious house. It was also very clean upon arrival. It is a very narrow road to drive to the house and I have doubts whether this would work with snow. Once up with the car there is no problem. For the ski bus we only had to walk down (about 5 minutes) and there the ski bus stopped. We have children between 7 and 9 years and this was easy. The bakery and the tourist office is also only a 5 minute walk away. Bedrooms were spacious and OK, 1 room with bunk bed only had 1 wardrobe and that was perhaps little The kitchen is very spacious and we could easily sit at the table with 12 people. The cutlery was present but just for 12 people. It was necessary to always set up the dishwasher after dinner. For the rest, I definitely recommend this house for a nice skiing holiday.

January 2019

This is fantastic! Where else can you find a place to celebrate your annual winter sports with 10 friends? house is sleek, neat and modern. A wonderful large kitchen and living room where you can be cozy with each other. Do you need a rest or a FaceTime conversation with your home? There is plenty of room to retreat and to come to yourself for a moment. A well-functioning and fast internet connection is now a must, is top-notch.

July 2018

Lovely house in great location! We enjoyed our stay home perfectly in order and lived up to expectations. Clean, spacious and fully equipped. Environment was also wonderful mountains and more (swimming!) Around the corner! Absolutely recommended!

July 2018

The chalet is fully equipped and is in a beautiful location on the outskirts of the town of Bruck .. Bruck is a good base to explore the Salzburgerland.Enige downside is the access road to the chalet. This is very narrow and on some parts steep, because turning on the road is not possible, it is necessary to the last piece to the chalet backwards to drive.

April 2018

Beautiful spacious house in a beautiful location. It was not cleaned properly.

March 2018

House is on top of a mountain, yet central. Access to the property is difficult, hiking trail very narrow and steep not suitable for large cars, other parking except in front of the house, nearby not available. Nice house, idyllic location, beautiful view, large rooms, beautiful terrace, kitchen and living room modern, at the creak of the stairs the age is recognizable, house / bathrooms unfortunately badly cleaned. Furnishings of the bathrooms not very up-to-date, a room without a toilet (is located half a flight of stairs), a walk-through room suitable for a family but washbasin with separate hot / cold control even for adults difficult and no storage space. For skiers who want to ski to the glacier in March / April, the journey is quite long and only possible for a few times. Restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

December 2017

The house is spacious and beautifully situated with a view of the village. The interiors of the cottage are very cozy. The description agrees with the actual stab. Only a driveway that is narrow and steep was difficult. Cars with chains on wheels or with 4X4 drive will not have problems in winter. You can park in the center of the village. Free parking lots are located within 8 minutes on foot. In winter it is recommended to use chains for wheels, which solves the problem of the driveway.

July 2017

The house was very nice.

July 2017

Accommodate very luxurious. Kitchen and bathroom in good condition. View from home and terrace is beautiful. Additional bonus is the internet TV with Netflix. Environment is beautiful, child friendly and lots to do.
