Detached chalet with sauna and large garden

Stay in this detached chalet on the outskirts of Zell am See. The property offers electric car charging facilities and you can unwind in the sauna. The chalet has a recreation room with table tennis, table football, pool table and a small bar. Ideal for cosy evenings with the whole group!
Winter sports in Zell am See stand for snow guarantee, cosiness and a range of possibilities. Together with the areas of Kaprun and Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang-Fieberbrunn, it forms a beautiful winter sports region with many skiing and snowboarding opportunities. With just 1 ski pass, you have more than 400 kilometres of pistes at your disposal! The ski bus to the Schmittenhöhebahn or Sonnalmbahn and also to the centre is 100 metres from the chalet. The chalet is located at the foot of the Schmittenhöhe and the Kitzsteinhorn glacier in Kaprun is about 10 km away. The glacier in Kaprun ensures that you can ski almost all year round. The ideal place for a skiing holiday with family or with a group of friends!
In summer, enjoy nature in the beautiful mountain world and take the most beautiful hiking and mountain bike tours. Lake Zell lends itself to every kind of water sport; sailing, rowing, canoeing and water-skiing are possible here. Wonderful on a summer day when you are looking to cool down! A breathtaking car or motorbike ride along the Großglocknerstraße is also well worth it! A 10-minute drive from the chalet is a beautiful golf course in the Schüttdorf district on the southern shore of the Zellersee.

Very nice holiday home for large groups! Highly recommended!
Great place, good location. Ski bus just around the corner, but we actually enjoyed walking 10 min to the skilift (you can rent lockers for your equipment there). The house is well equipped - no luxuries, but everything you need and very clean. The gaming room was brilliant for the teenagers and fathers alike.
It was a fantastic house and stay in Zell am See, despite the not always nice weather. Very satisfied!
Super accommodation for 15 people. 100m uphill and you are on the slope
Very nice accommodation! Highly recommended for those looking for a nice stay with a large group. Ideally located between Zell am See and the ski lifts.
The house is in a great location, but is very dated. The layout is odd and a cosy living room with good seating is missing here. If you don't go out during the day, you have to sit in the basement for some comfort.... Ski storage and playroom are very handy, though. The kitchen is not up to scratch and you cannot easily cook for 12 people. The owner is clearly committed to reusing stuff, but when you're on holiday you don't want to use old towels, right? Some beds are saggy, while others have lovely mattresses.
lovely big house, great for families with teenagers, lovely space in basement with table tennis, pool table. find 2 bathrooms a bit meagre for amount of people. fairly simple furnishings fine beds. location not very close to town centre, you can not just walk there. but a bus in front of the door. road to house in times of snow snow snow chains needed.
