Fantastic detached chalet near the center of Kaprun

Right in the middle of Salzburgerland, you will find within walking distance of the centre of famous Kaprun, this beautiful detached winter sports chalet. You occupy it alone and it is optimally equipped for families or groups. With a cosy living room, spacious dining room and fully equipped kitchen, your comfort is assured. There are a total of 9 bedrooms which are all equipped with a private bathroom. It is the ideal base and very popular among winter sports enthusiasts!
Winter sports in Kaprun stand for snow guarantee, cosiness and a wide range of possibilities. Together with the village of Zell am See, it forms a beautiful winter sports area with many opportunities for skiing and snowboarding. This is possible with just one ski pass! Surrounded by no fewer than three ski resorts, one of which has a glacier, there is no shortage of kilometres of slopes and snow. The glacier ensures that you can ski here almost all year round. The modern ski lift leads directly from the village to the glacier area! By the way, the ski bus stops practically at the door, the ski lift is only about 600 m away.

Super! Nice house, very clean. Good location.
Bathrooms were freshly renovated - very nice! Everyone was extremely accommodating and always very nice. It was a great week.
Rooms and bathrooms very nice, spacious and clean. Large kitchen with good equipment. Unfortunately some of the crockery in the kitchen was dirty. The oven was very dirty, but was cleaned immediately when we pointed it out. The ski cellar was not at all good. It is far too small. It is used by several houses on the complex and was overcrowded. Everything was lying all over the place. There was a cellar in our own house, but it was cluttered with all sorts of stuff. All in all, we were satisfied, the price/performance ratio was right.
First-class ski area. Accommodation top modern, well equipped and super clean and well maintained. Walking distance to the lift and up to the glacier. Skis can be stored in the cellar or on the wall, but there is no specific depot with ski boot heating or a corresponding organisation system.
Nice, cosy house! Nice that all rooms have private bathrooms. We were nicely welcomed with a snack and drink! The floor in the lounge and dining room was just not that nice. On two occasions, someone had a splinter in his foot with us.
