Description
This chalet offers plenty of privacy and is located on a mountain with stunning views of the countryside. The chalet has a living room with a spacious seating area and a modern kitchen with a large dining table. There is also a sauna (to be used between 4pm and 9pm) where you can unwind after a day of skiing. In the conservatory, you can relax, overlooking the garden and enjoy a crackling fire on the terrace under the veranda. From May to October, you can use the heated swimming poo.l
Taxenbach is a small village in Austria's Salzburgerland region on the edge of the Hohe Tauern National Park. It lies at the beginning of the Raurisertal valley. It does not have its ski area directly, but you can divert to the ski areas of Rauris and Kaprun with its glacier at the Kitzsteinhorn and Zell am See.
In summer, you can take many beautiful walks here. In addition, Zell am See, with its beautiful Zeller See, is worth a visit, and you can take a boat out on the lake here. Austria's highest mountain, the Großglockner (3798 meters), can be reached by a beautiful car route through the many sharp hairpin bends. Taxenbach is further famous for the Kitzlochklamm. This is a vast gorge created over centuries by the river Rauriser Ache. You can walk through this gorge using wooden steps made along the mountainside

Traumlodge is the ideal house when you want to experience the Austrian atmosphere and visit from there. For example Salzburg, Gosau am Dachstein, Grossglockner.... Shops and a very good pizza restaurant are in the neigbourhood.
Great house with everything you need. Very well equipped, you can really find everything you need. It was very clean. The garden is beautifully laid out with lots of little spots so that you can also have some peace and quiet. The outdoor sauna with a view of the mountains is a dream. We were very satisfied.
The Traumlodge is a very nice, well thought-out accommodation. The equipment is really good and leaves nothing to be desired. Contact with the landlady was good and uncomplicated. We really like the separation of the toilet and bathroom. And the steam cooker. :-D
