Spacious penthouse near ski lift and piste

This luxurious and spacious penthouse is located directly at the Kreischberg ski area, in a new and modern alpine resort, in the particularly versatile holiday region of Murau-Kreischberg. The lifts and slopes are within walking distance. The centre of the friendly village of Sankt Lorenzen, with cosy shops and restaurants, is also within easy walking distance. The local train stops directly behind the resort
The penthouse is luxuriously and tastefully furnished and has a huge balcony with sauna and terrace from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The holiday complex has a parking garage in which 2 parking spaces are reserved for the penthouse and there is also 1 parking space outside.
In summer as well as in winter, this region is the ideal place for the active holidaymaker. Experience the peace and space, because this region has not yet been discovered by mass tourism. You can still enjoy the original Austrian friendliness and numerous traditions. As far as nature is concerned, the region is incredibly beautiful and full of traditions.
In winter there is a fantastic and snow-sure family ski area with over 40 km of pistes and modern lifts. The fun park is among the absolute top in the world! Large competitions are organised here every year. For cross-country skiers and winter hikers there are numerous possibilities here. Do you feel like sledging? That is also possible here!
In summer, a visit to the beautiful medieval town of Murau is highly recommended. Here you will find many beautiful shops and terraces. Besides beautiful hikes in the mountains, you can also hike or cycle along the Mur cycle path. This is a famous cycle path along the river Mur through the region

Beautiful penthouse to feel good! Very good indoor and terrace facilities!
Everything is perfect, except for the fireplace, which has been a dummy for half a year, disappointing.
W e had a lovely time in the holiday flat "The exclusive eight" in St. Lorenzen. We were there out of season, which is why there was nothing going on in the village and the cottage, but that was ok. The flat is furnished to a very high standard and well thought out. The rooms are very nicely furnished, but a little less fur would not be bad ;-) The kitchen is very well equipped! 2 coffee machines, blender, pans, pots, toaster, wine fridge, etc.... What bothered us: Fireplace broken, one electric blind broken, socks from the previous tenant in the washing machine, hair on the bed on arrival, dust on the surfaces in the kitchen on arrival. For 200€ cleaning a no-go!
We enjoyed our stay in Kreisberg. The property is well located, within walking distance of the lift. The house itself is nicely furnished and equipped with all amenities. The beautiful terrace is really a plus point.
It was a very nice stay! Modern and beautiful facilities great balcony (from 9:00-15:30 pure sun) Cleanliness was top Sauna with music Washing machine and dryer Wine cooler - Flat not available until 17:00 - Ski cellar not lockable - Main door of the house not lockable (open day and night) - Lift does not go up to the 2nd floor - no deep plates available (otherwise the kitchen was top equipped) You should bring extra toilet paper and dishwasher tabs with you, as there is only basic equipment. Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday :)
Perfect apartment and location.
We felt very comfortable in the flat. It is well equipped and offers a lot of space and is very cosy. The huge terrace is very nice. It is practical that you can take the lift directly from the underground car park to the second floor. The key was deposited in a key safe. We got the code from the contact on site. We will be happy to come back.
Very nice holiday flat. Leaves nothing to be desired. Top. The bakery is 300 metres away.
As always, it was very nice at the Kreischberg Exclusive Resort!
Beautiful penthouse. Very good location. Within walking distance of the ski slope, restaurants, ... Blessed sunbeds and lounge on the terrace. Nice sauna on the terrace.
