This beautiful detached holiday home is located in Schlitters, only about 4 km from the well-known Fügen in the Zillertal in a wonderful location and therefore not far from the well-known ski areas Spieljoch and Ski-optimal Kaltenbach/Hochzillertal. Should you arrive with the Zillertalbahn, the station is practically at the front door ! Enjoy peace and relaxation after a strenuous ski day or a beautiful hike in the cosy living room, furnished with lots of wood in typical Tyrolean style, with a glass of wine and spoil yourself and your companions in the well-equipped kitchen with delicacies of the region. On the ground floor there are two spacious bedrooms and a bathroom, on the first floor a total of 3 bedrooms, one of which invites you to chill out with a comfortable couch and TV, as well as another bathroom. In addition, there is another smaller kitchen with a dining table on the first floor.

In winter you will appreciate the 2 garages ready for your cars.
