The holiday home is just 1 km from the centre of Kaltenbach and the valley station of the well-known ski area Ski Optimal Hochzillertal. In summer you can take beautiful walks in the nearby Zillertal mountains from here, and in winter the free ski bus takes you directly from the house to the nearby ski areal

We didn't feel like we had a lot of privacy. With the owner living above us, while we were skiing he came into our house which made us feel a little bit uncomfortable. Also once when we were a bit noisy at 9:15 PM his mother came to our house and got mad that we should be silent (we were just playing some music and singing along). The taxi that was suggested to us by the owner also charged us 5 euros per person for a 5 minute drive, this seemed a bit unfair. On top of all that the house owner's English was very poor which made communicating very hard.

Quiet location for a relaxing holiday with very nice landlords. Landlord very helpful and obliging. I will gladly spend my holidays there again. Thank you very much for a wonderful time.
