In the Green Residence XL you occupy all 5 holiday flats of the house. This makes it ideal for large family groups, as privacy is guaranteed.
The ski bus stop is about 20 m from the house, 2 ski lifts, a night toboggan run, 2 good restaurants can be found about 150 m away and the winter hiking trail and the panoramic cross-country ski trail pass directly by the house. The 2 large Wildschönau ski areas Skijuwel Schatzberg Auffach and Markbachjoch Niederau are easily accessible by car.
In summer, many services such as the mountain railways, the swimming pool, the museum and much more can be used free of charge with the WildschönauCard, and the card also offers many advantages in winter.
The farm has been in the possession of our family since 1673 - due to the fabulous location, many places worth seeing such as Innsbruck, Rattenberg and Salzburg are within easy reach.
A spacious playground and a beautifully designed petting zoo with rabbits, chickens, goats and much more await families
The surroundings are typically rural, but with great connections to the treasures of the region. Mountain tours, alpine hiking, skiing or even climbing, all these adventures start more or less at the front door.
