Nice group house, with sauna, near the ski lift and bars

Located in the cosy holiday village of Ellmau, close to the Hartkaiser lift, this lovely holiday home is ideal for a large group. You occupy the chalet alone, so you have plenty of privacy here. To unwind, relax in the lovely sauna. In summer, enjoy a tasteful barbecue in the private garden here with your friends or family on the terrace at the long wooden tables
Shops, supermarkets and the hot bakery are easily accessible on foot. During your holiday, you won't need the car anymore.
For a group of winter sports enthusiasts, this holiday home has the ideal location. Both the ski lift and the atmospheric centre of Ellmau with its cosy après-ski bars are just around the corner. From the mountain station, one of Austria's largest interconnected ski areas lies at your feet. Surrounding the chalet is a large garden where your children can have a snowball fight undisturbed.
In summer, enjoy a tasty barbecue in the private garden here on the terrace with your friends or family at the long wooden tables. Should a piece of meat accidentally fall out? No problem... as your four-legged friend is also welcome here. The area around Ellmau also offers plenty of entertainment in summer. There are 700 km of hiking trails and 50 Alpine huts where you can go for a tasty snack. The 12 mountain railways in the 'Wilder Kaiser - Brixental' are accessible to everyone

Unfortunately, not very clean on arrival. Mould was still in the coffee machines. There was also no lock on the bathroom door, not very convenient for a group stay. We will not book this house again next year.
A nice big and spacious house. Ideal that it is right next to the gondola and next to the ski slope. The house is a bit outdated, but we knew this from the recenties we had read. Everything worked and nothing was broken.
A great and spacious house in a central location and great surroundings especially for children
The dining area with kitchen was rather cramped for 20 people. Bedrooms and bathroom, on the other hand, were fine.
The location and furnishings of the house were really great. The cleanliness on arrival was also completely fine. However, no guests should be accommodated in the basement. The area is far too damp and this is a paradise for silverfish. The smell from the shower was also fierce.
The location is wonderful so right by the Hart Kaiser gondola. The distance to the village centre is also easy to walk. However, the house has a bit of an odd layout in terms of plumbing. Furthermore, we found that for a house suitable for about 20 residents, the kitchen facilities were very sparse. A 2nd fridge would be highly desirable, as well as a 2nd oven/microwave. We were also asked to separate everything in an environmentally conscious manner, but you have to put it in various (plastic) bags or sacks yourself. Some extra (waste) bins for this would be highly desirable.
The house is heavily dilapidated. The pictures do not reflect the current condition of the house. Some of the furniture was nibbled by animals. There were silverfish in the bathrooms. The basic cleaning of the house has considerable potential for improvement. The kitchen lacked basic utensils such as deep plates, bowls, but also peelers. Improvements were made regarding the deep plates and bowls. The flat in the basement smelled. Three mixer taps in the showers were defective. These were also repaired.
Super accommodation. Walking distance to apreski and ski lift. Fine rooms.
