For winter sports lovers, this property comes highly recommended. The ski bus leaves right in front of the door and takes you to the Kitzbühel ski area
In summer, Kirchberg turns into a true hiking and mountain biking paradise! Discover the beautiful mountains and nature here. Archery, golf, tennis and swimming in a crystal-clear mountain lake are also among the possibilities here. Need something different for a day? Visit one of the cosy Tyrolean weekly markets in the area or enjoy a cold beer on one of the cosy terraces in the centre of Kirchberg You won't find a better location in the heart of Kirchberg! Cosy restaurants, shops and après ski bars are just a stone's throw from the house

Lovely holiday in a cosy house
It was fantastic again in the super house We were there for the seventh time now and still enjoy the location of the house close to everything We will definitely come again next year
Super accommodation for large groups with nice facilities (3x bathrooms) and common room. Also location in centre of Kirchberg everything within walking distance and bus stop 5m across the street within 10 minutes at ski lift.
House is top for somewhat larger groups Location is fine city centre is easy to walk to And normally the distance to the ski bus is also fine to walk only that reason is not there now
It is a spacious house but the dining table is not big enough for 16 people in my opinion. The house is centrally located. As we were in summer, we missed chairs to sit in the garden.
Our reservation was very successful.The villa is very clean and everything is available for the tourist.We were very satisfied with everything.
Top location with a bus stop to the ski lift right outside the door. Very spacious flat with more than enough equipment for large groups. Really enjoyed it with 14 friends and we are definitely considering coming back here, highly recommended!
