This beautiful house is located on the quiet outskirts of Silz, only 12 km from the entrance to the Ötztal and Ötz. The spacious and comfortably furnished apartment (90 m2) is on the ground floor and has a large living room, a kitchen-living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. In the large garden there is a small rustic garden house, which you can use for barbecues. The highlight in summer is the beautiful swimming pool (approx. 5 x 4 m). A very large garden with various seating possibilities, also directly under the shady apple tree, invites you to relax and unwind. Also ideal for a stay with children, who can let off steam on the large lawn. Only 7 km away is AREA 47, the well-known outdoor adventure leisure park in the Ötztal. In winter, the ski bus, which is 500 m away, takes you directly to the Ötztal-Arena ski area in Ötz
