This spacious holiday home is just steps away from the ski bus stop. In summer you can enjoy drinks on the beautiful veranda in the on-site beer garden, and in winter you can get together in the large recreation room with bar and pool table (beer barrel available against bail from the owner). After a day of skiing or hiking through the beautiful region, you can fully relax in the sauna. The ideal accommodation for large groups!
With the ski bus in front of the door, you can reach the major ski areas of Sölden and Obergurgl/Hochgurgl in no time. The spa town of Längenfeld is also a short distance from the accommodation. Furthermore, Ötztal offers numerous other holiday options, such as climbing, rafting, canyoning and Austria's largest amusement park Area 47

House is ideally located with the ski bus at the door and within walking distance of some nice restaurants. However, there is overdue maintenance on the bathrooms and the rooms are a bit outdated. House was clean though and sauna is nice touch.

Overall a great stay, we were 25 people and had a really great time. Although the kitchen has seen its best days, it was perfectly adequate for us and the gastro dishwasher is worth its weight in gold. The bar was always the centre of our evenings and free sparkling water from the bar tap was an important change from the Stiegel Pils on tap for some of us.
