upon arrival no one was there to provide information the shower worked badly, nothing was done about it when the oven was used the power went out and the chalet had not been cleaned in weeks was dirty and dirty

We were there for a week this summer. The environment is a dream and the chalet is very nicely decorated. Unfortunately, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. In addition, after the 2nd day we had mouse droppings and eaten food on our worktop. The rest of our vacation was then accompanied by several mice ... we unfortunately had to take care of this problem ourselves, as there was no caretaker to be seen anywhere. The traps were set for us by the property management, but we would have to fill them and later dispose of the dead animals ourselves. It was just gross! We even had to do the cleaning and disinfection ourselves! We were later also informed by the administration that this problem had existed for a long time. Unfortunately we were not informed about this before the start of the journey, otherwise we would not have booked this Charlet !!! We are aware that there are some animals at the edge of the forest, but it was not okay to be left with this to our own devices! The administration was informed immediately, but was not impressed. Report to the tour operator was immediately initiated by the administration, but even then this problem was simply downplayed ... unfortunately it had nothing to do with a relaxing holiday. It took 4 days to catch the mice and we had to throw a lot of food in the bin. The disgust factor was enormous, especially when the mice were trapped at night and the agony could be heard for a few minutes. This was very bad for my little son. Here one deliberately concealed a shortcoming and thus brought the guests into a more than unpleasant situation. If you save up for an annual vacation so that you have reasonable accommodation and then expect something like this, that is simply not excusable! Austria again and again, but the Charlets in Wörgl and Belvilla ... never again !!!

With a number of cottages in a rural setting, the cottage is beautiful on the mountain. you feel free, while the center of Wörgl is close by. Space around the house is beautiful. You can look out over the valley. Especially with breakfast on the veranda that is very nice. There is plenty to do in the area, from a hike directly from the house to a visit to one of the courses and mountains in the area.

The accommodation was beautiful, beautifully situated at the end of a fairly steep road with views of the valley and on the other side against a forest.

The chalet has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We often cooked what the Kitchen allowed, everything you could to the usual benötigt.Man sit comfortably at the table and on the terrace you can make yourself nice ... Great service, beautiful accommodation.

The location of the chalets is perfect, and we could very well erholen.Leider it rained a lot, but thanks to the great facilities of the chalets and the very good location for reaching the sights, this was no problem.

Beautiful cottage, well equipped and welcoming even though the person does not speak French. By cons, bad location because far from all attractions (about 1h30 ex SALZBURG road) path to the cabin very narrow and very steep. unsuitable for children (not cycling (slope) and playing ball (slope)). Good starting point for (summer) hikes in the mountains and valleys. Also nearby Kitzbuhel what a nice town with nice shops and good restaurants. Innsbruck is a nice city but Salzburg is nicer and bigger. Nice to go through Hopfgarten via Ellmau to Hart kaiser. Hohe Salve to the Also walks from Zauberwinkel are good! There's also a good inn for drinks / food. And paragliding in Ellmau, including tandem, very cool!

Fine and cozy accommodation

This cottage is a small park with nine houses that abut against each other under the mountain (privacy) .Heerlijke full house, very clean ook.Slaapkamers, living room / kitchen and bathroom well appointed and schoon.Tuin is not so big, but looks spacious by spacious layout of parkje.Geweldige location as a base for many excursions and walks with our dog.
