Apartment is nice and cool. Clean and everything is there. Quiet and a lot of freedom. Recommended.

Perfect apartment for a ski stay. Warm, 2 bedrooms, kitchen. Distance to gondola 12 minutes on foot. Baker and Spar in 5 minutes. It doesn't get any better!

The apartment is fully equipped. Good beds, a nice couch, a nice kitchen with oven. Ideal for a family that is glued to the apartment faster in the evening. The apartment was very dusty and dirty in some places. After the food fell, took a cloth to clean it up. The cloth was black, so there is no often mopped or at least not before our arrival.For a paid final cleaning from the guest, this may not be the intention.Partly cleaned ourselves before we installed our stuff.The internet did not work and it took a week to get resolved Then neatly solved.In short: a nice apartment to stay in as a family, but more attention should be paid to cleaning.That's where the holiday feeling starts.

September 2020We arrived at the apartment around 17:00 and the friendly caretaker was already waiting for us. Nice welcome and explanation about the house etc. (and the payment of the local tourist taxes) Apartment is completely fine and well maintained / spacious to stay in pleasant. 2 spacious bedrooms and a nice shower (best shower we have experienced so far). Nice outdoor terrace to eat or have a drink in the (evening) sun. In short: fully equipped. Spacious enough for 3 people and very comfortable. Everything is there to enjoy a pleasant stay. In our case, just under two weeks.

Friendly, uncomplicated reception by Elisabeth in the very clean apartment. Far view due to the location not entirely possible (terrace is approx. 1 m below the adjacent meadow - as can be seen in the photos) Photos show reality. Excellent seating comfort from the sofa and armchairs. Dining table takes some getting used to, as it is a bit higher than usual but equipped with matching chairs. (Light bar character) Large terrace equipped with a glass table, 6 chairs, 2 deck chairs and a large parasol. (great!) Ideal hiking holiday possible in summer. Stayed here in early July 2020.

Lovely apartment! Nice in the mountains and then good food in the village. Definitely recommended!

A fantastic apartment. Friendly reception. Fully equipped, incl. A lovely couch what we Dutch people still find very nice. Excellent base to discover the area. The chairlift of Westendorf (Alpenrosenbahn II) is within walking distance. In the village (5 minutes walk) is regularly something to do. The apartment is therefore very central and yet quiet. No problems with through traffic because Westendorf is high.

For the second time in this apartment, it is not very big, but is fully equipped. It is always clean and Ans the manager can always call you if there is something. And the deposit of your apartment will be deposited neatly within a week

The arrival is warm and the accommodation is fine and provides all the comforts and necessities

The accommodation was fine in order. Modern and fully furnished and super clean. The house is in a beautiful area with the village within walking distance.

We had phoned that we would arrive early, maybe we could put our suitcases already here, and when we arrived, we were already met by the owner. And our room was ready so we could immediately there. What a nice welcome and a nice surprise!

Nice apartment! Close to slopes, cozy and most of the facilities. What we missed was a microwave (for the bottle of our youngest). The site states that it is present, but unfortunately this is not so. There is a fine oven, but it does not function as microwave. Personally we found it very hot in the apartment. The heater must have a degree or two down. The advantage was that the ski suits (we have two days of wet snowing) the next day bone dry is.Voor my husband the bed was too short. He is 1,93m and came out with his feet outside the bed.We have had a wonderful holiday. The apartment was spacious enough for four adults and two children (0 to 3). We recommend that other tenants have to bring a mop during the winter. Without mop is the hall of the apartment very wet from the snow boots.

arrival was little different from what we normally required. We were to call believer that it was easy because the lady is Dutch. It is a smart and modern apartment located in a nice village. Near a swimming pool which we made good use of, thanks to the nice weather. Furthermore handy that you simply can receive Dutch channels on the TV.

Beautiful holiday home, fully equipped. good internet, nice clean. And a very good base for business trips in the summer. Recommended. Only if you have many in the house remains and want to sit outside you do not have a good view because the terrace is absorbed, you just look around on the lawn. Jan and Tiny.

A beautiful apartment just outside the center of Westendorf, but easily within walking distance. Were there with our children aged 7 and 9 years. Enough space. Had wonderful holiday with lots of hiking in the mountains. The terrace is lovely, but it soon too hot in the sun. Missed a good adjustable sunshade. Luckily we were still getting away during the day, so we have not offended. Highly recommended!

The arrival was fine, we were a little early but were allowed to use the apartment. The apartment is just fine with all the trimmings and a great location. The apartment was spotless.

Fine house for the holidays, close to the village just outside the hustle and bustle. Terrace is low because it is the lower floor making it fast (very) hot when the sun shines because there is no wind. This does have the advantage that the internal cooling blijft.In the area is plenty to do, go out and catch trout in Brixen and let him spot grilling -)

Apartment is in good order, clean and centrally located for skiers. Near downtown, bus and uitgaansmogelijkheden.Wel our cases against the attitude of the caretaker must definitely a course on hospitality and kindness will follow. Our Arrival by was due to a sudden illness of one of the participants leaving what we have on that contact had with the owner (kindest man). There is forget to send us an email concerning the deposit and we got there about debeheerster in a very unpleasant way over on the fingers getikt.Ook layers towels are not ready, but when caught after consultation with the owner, Ms Ans was do not amuses over.Wel a really disadvantageous point was that the Wi-Fi throughout the week has not gewerkt.De presence of Wi-Fi was also decisive to book this apartment (work of one of the participants). There's been several times on contact with the owner, but nothing has been resolved.

What we have enjoyed this beautiful appartement.Deze is fully voorzien.Vaatwasser, oven and Senseo coffee machine what a luxury. And also for the Dutch TV channels liefhebbers.Overal heating up in the toilet toe.Heerlijke beds and certainly what is was important brandschoon.Voor questions we could at Ans terecht.Kortom in one word amazing !! We would love to come back !!

A great holiday in a fully equipped house.

A very nice clean apartment in everything that you need. Very nicely decorated. A very nice quiet yet central location. It has run into a few minutes to the village center. Shopping nearby. The caretaker is very nice and helpful.

Active holiday had 2 people, which we took full advantage of the ktzbuhler Alpine pass (70 euros pp) we had almost every car in the neighborhood and so is only out there so again. Many walked and

in week5 again delicious from our ski holiday enjoyed by the central location relative to the center we could do in our case everything with our son 3 on the sled. The moskito is a 2 minute walk is what it can be useful .....

We had a wonderful holiday. We were very hospitably received by the gastvrouw.Ideaal located just outside the center, with everything within walking distance (run, lift, ski school, etc.)

The apartment is very nice and fully furnished. Unfortunately we had a few days of rain and brought so more often than expected by the apartment. It is located at first floor level, so you're looking at a gate at the lawn that is sure. That gave us a trapped feeling. Inside it is a very nice and clean apartment with wifi, NL TV and a lovely shower.

A lovely apartment with kitchenette functioning stuff. Even filter bags and grab a coffee place and also tablets for dishwashers. Functioning internet. Excellent beds. In short, a must!

Haus Martha's perfect like us! Everything is what you need. Dutch contact person if needed. House is clean and everything is new. In one word perfect!

We are a week in apartment been "Martha". Setting is lovely, very touristy ... and shops within walking distance. Nice terrace and beautiful decor of the apartment. Unfortunately the apartment was not very clean when we were there came in (while you € 75, -. To cleaning costs paid Also there was no cot + high chair ready, and they knew that a child it was also the wireless internet. very limited. Unfortunately we saw a less positive managed to star.

Super holiday had everything within walking distance, the fir address to ski to the ski rental and apartment pistes.Cool super fresh and relaxed.

A beautiful apartment which is nothing to be desired, spacious kitchen and living room, nice bathroom, nice bedrooms with private terrace. Well maintained apartment, ski and shops within walking distance and the highway quickly and easily persuade La. Definitely something to even consider going back.

We have been on a skiing and the accommodation was above all present and space genoeg.Het apartment is equipped with all comforts.

in this apartment sleep.The a nice week is very modern and excellent maintained.The is centrally located making it for families with young children shopping center and easy to walk especially for avid skiers, the apres Gerry & quots inn and moskitobar walk in about 10 minutes.

Fine skiing and good food in a pleasant village (except school holidays).
