Lovely and cozy house within walking distance of the ski lifts. We would go here again next time

The accommodation was wonderful, the landlords were very nice and helpful. Very well equipped kitchen, very large bathroom with shower and bathtub. There are enough towels even for the dog. The view is very nice. We felt very comfortable all around.

Great apartment. We felt very comfortable during the week. The living area is very spacious for 6 people and the fireplace was a small highlight. We'll be back!

We were received by hostess, who showed us the house. Beautiful and super clean house, fully equipped. The house is in a somewhat tight spot. on the front balcony you look at the house of the neighbors. narrow and difficult access road.Because there is a building right next to a house, we were woken every morning at 7.15 am by trucks, honking cars, music and music. The last week we had to wait every time to get away from our house or to get back to it. Our children had to wait 1.5 hours longer to go back to the Netherlands. Parking in another place was certainly not easy. after being in a private parking spot twice (which was always empty) we got a letter on the windscreen, with another x € 20.00 fine. homeowner pointed us to another place. Next morning we could barely get away and when we returned, we parked the car in that parking spot, where we immediately got to grips with that homeowner. This would be our last holiday, but we packed up and went to the Netherlands. In short: a beautiful holiday home, clean, but in the wrong place for us.No one can do anything about this, but for us it was very unfortunate.

On arrival a friendly welcome from the host. The house has 2 floors that are rented separately. We were on the bottom floor. Not much inconvenience from the upstairs neighbors. Driving indeed a bit narrow and a lot of maneuvering with the car. but is very possible. You share 1 part of the garage with the neighbors. we were with 2 cars and that fit well behind each other. Sufficient ski boot dryers per floor (8 pairs) Please note that you have a good number of people on the contract. Belvilla is not clear towards the landlord regarding additional costs for 7th and / or 8th person.

A Dutch-speaking owner ensures a good reception. Everything is there and you feel at home quickly.

The area was already known to us because we were there last year. The apartment was new to us.Great beautiful, clean, lovely hostess, beautiful view, etc.The way to it was style especially with those mountains of snow, but a challenge.

Fine, it's a tricky narrow driveway, especially with a slightly larger car, with snow the road gets even narrower, but it can be done. to the slopes it is about 600 meters with a steep climb and descent. in Brixem itself is not much to do, a quiet village with few restaurants and evenings you quickly find that there is no place.

The arrival was most promising, the owner's friend came back to the road and bumped on us, as he saw us too late. We knew it was a difficult access road. The accommodation was great and the surroundings too. If the collision did not happen, the holiday had been great.

We went on at night, arrived at midnight. The key was on the door of the apartment. Because the previous travelers left Friday night, it was already polished and we could just use it. We were warmly welcomed. The apartment was equipped with all modern conveniences washing machine, dishwasher, various coffee makers, it was very clean. There were plenty of different dishes. Our dog was also welcome. Our children are 15, 16 and 18 years old and have fun in the area. You have to keep walking. The Filzalmzee with the Hohe Salve is exhausting, but definitely recommended. You must have a good condition. We had a good weather and we had a great time. All the way to the apartment is a bit trickier, but because my husband is a truck driver and our son too, that was not a stumbling block.

The hostess is very kind and helpful. The accommodation is very nice and clean. Equipped with all the comforts. Only one disadvantage, respectful of the neighbors. And you must be able to drive / park properly. You have to go back the mountain path and this is quite narrow.

Authentic and cozy chalet. Modern with or Austrian atmosphere because of the wood. Beautiful living room with open kitchen. Very well equipped and with lovely fireplace. Wood is available in the garage which you can use as a guest. Bedrooms have good beds and ample. Large bathroom with good equipment. All very fresh and clean. Have had a blissful week. You can easily walk to the village for shopping, restaurants and cable car. Highly recommended and good price / quality.

We (with our 3 sons, 8, 13 and 14 years old) enjoyed our stay at this pleasant, spacious house! Home is equipped with all the necessary comforts (dishwasher, washing machine, bath and shower and heater). Village and shops are within walking distance. Beautiful recreational lake and pool area! Definitely keep a must for people who love mountain holidays.

The apartment is very nice and quiet and equipped with everything you need. Shops in 5 min walking distance. The landlady is very nice and helpful. In about 20 km away numerous opportunities for children's entertainment. Do us all feel very welcome. High relaxation factor.

Overall, we liked it very well! very comfortable living room and rooms, nice, very kind and friendly, courteous hostess, but the residents of the apartment above upon it affect anything. Likewise, the use of the steam room was not without problems, since one had to previously determine when they should be turned on. So was not spontaneous possible because constantly was not jemd addressed it. In the apartment were all electric. Devices exist that you like. The view was awesome and the hours of sunshine super to enjoy on the balcony. The approach, however, turned out to be a little difficult if you are not prepared and reversing beherscht not good! Nevertheless, we would like to recommend this apartment and also even want to use again!

It's the perfect apartment for 3 couples. The fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere and the view from the living room or from the balcony was amazing. The valley station and shopping were only 5-10 minutes away. A minus point is awarded to the steep mountain Driving and the thin walls of the apartment (neighbors were already clearly heard). But all in one a great vacation.

We have six people had a very nice vacation. The house is very neat and well equipped. The owner is very friendly. The gondola and the village are not far away. Just the way it's going quite steep.

Had come all nice area, accommodation, leisure facilities nearby, nice Vermieterin.Gestört has only constant noise from neighbors and the second tenant and that only comes back on or from the farm by car. Even a small piece of turf for grilling or chilling would have been nice.

We had a wonderful holiday. For us it was the 2nd time we were there. Now the ground floor, (then you have a washing machine extra). Many opportunities to explore the area. However, a steep slope but is doing.

We spent a wonderful skiing holiday. From the house there is a great view of the mountains. It is not far from the base station. We felt very comfortable. It has a totally cozy atmosphere with a large comfortable bed, a fireplace and a huge bathroom.

We had a great holiday in Sonnberg. The apartment was spacious enough and especially the kitchen was very well appointed. Reversing to and from the house was difficult in the beginning. Nearby was a lot to do and the pool was a favorite in Kirchberg. Hohensalve was beautiful, really a must.

Hiking and Relaxing

Sonnberg situated outside the center of Brixen on a steep slope. For the elderly (or ski boots with skis' s) is not really easy to get there on foot. By car, it is not so easy, especially when there is snow because you have a road ride back up, because there is no curve to fall towards the driveway to the house. That's awkward. Yet we were used to it quickly. The house is beyond gorgeous, inside nice and spotlessly clean and well equipped. Bed in the beautiful bedroom with a view is what swayed, other beds fine. Delicious bath, nice that there is an oven and even a dishwasher washing machine in the apartment. Very friendly caretaker, Petra. I thought it was noisy from the top down. apartment above us was permanently hired, but you heard even the mobile phone of the resident vibrate and the tramp was sometimes annoying. Resort is versatile for almost any skier or snowboarder. Children meadow in Westendorf is a must for the kids who are not teaching anymore and still not to be able to pistes. A wonderful holiday all in all!

It was a beautiful house with all the trimmings. The owners were very friendly and helpful. It is a steep climb up to the house and the car requires some skill, but when you drive backward is fine. We had a wonderful holiday.

Upon arrival, the keys were already at the door so we could get inside. Owner later apologized that she was not there on arrival. Was not necessary because everything taught himself. The spacious house was very well equipped including dishwasher, Nespresso and pretty much crockery. Good clean. On request, the owner took care of the Turkish bath. Later in the week we even got the key so we could at will. Use it myself Nothing but praise! Access a bit tricky, but once you know how to do it no problem.

We have had this apartment of 20 / 7 to 27 / 7. The apartment was nice and clean, well equipped with all comforts. Brixen im thale is a beautiful and very friendly village. What a beautiful house and a friendly owner. The apartment is in a three-layer building. Downstairs a garage where you can park the car and you can lose bicycles. There is also a Turkish bath that is turned on request. On the first layer and a second layer flat. The apartment on the second layer is permanently rented, not via Belvilla. The cottage is really all amenities. All in top condition. From the apartment you beautiful walking and cycling. You can bring you the best mountain bike. We have been in the May vacation in this house. At that moment are closed. All cable cars and most eateries Highly recommended!

We've had a lot of fun during our holiday in Brixen im Thale. The house is fully equipped and has a very spacious bathroom with a toilet, a bathtub, a separate shower, two sinks and a washing machine. The beds in the bedrooms are lovely too (only the blankets are on the short side). The house is a Dutch owner and his Austrian wife, so there may just be communicated in Dutch. The car can be parked in the garage and there is space for your ski and snowboard gear to park in the garage. We have our stuff to the ski lift in a depot put, so we could not walk back to the house stuff.

We have now been out for a second time in this property. Property is nicely decorated. Kitchen is adequately equipped. Apartment first floor has a terrace, where you can also eten.Nadeel is that the wireless internet does not work with multiple (five in our case) people (I can only explain once connected).

Wonderful luxury home with a super turksstoombad.App on the ground floor has no place and no view (wall of another house). A beautiful and well maintained house, the owner is very friendly and the house is within walking distance of the ski lift and the supermarket. The only disadvantage of this house is that you can only be achieved via a steep road not always passable, since this road is not cleaned. This is definitely a house that possibly would book again.

A wonderful house with beautiful mountain views. Close to the ski lift. Beautiful spacious, we were 2 adults and 5 large children from 19 to 16 years. There was an extra bed in a bedroom so put the living room remained free, and you do not need to be converted into sofa bed.

Accessibility in snow / slippery problematic. Street is not cleaned. Last curve can not be taken. Reverse drive to garage. This "trick" get used to it. Steam bath is delicious.
