Beautiful apartment equipped with everything needed. Close to the lifts and nice view. The disadvantage is the very steep road to the house.

Great stay in Brixen, in a pretty village in Tyrol. Almost at the foot of the slopes and not far from the small town center of Brixen. Very nice rental bathed in sunshine, comfortable, warm and typical of the mountains. All the necessary equipment is there for 6 people. Large bathtub and large balcony are pluses.Attention strong climb fortunately quite short to reach the chalet.

What a beautiful house. Fully equipped. Owner, Dutch and hospitable. We have enjoyed ourselves here during the winter sports. The beds sleep wonderfully and the coffee machine was fantastic. Every morning a fresh cappuccino. The road may be a bit steep for older people to walk. But this was no problem for us. Even with a buggy this worked well. In short, we also enjoyed the beautiful view.

An excellent fully furnished apartment in a beautiful and central location in Brixen Im Thale, We have been here for 3 weeks (September / October) and feel at home here, We are already looking forward to our next stay

We were concerned that the photos would not be accurate, but our fears were unfounded. The apartment is exactly as in the photos: spacious, neat and attractive! The only complaints we have, relate to 1) the access road: style and no good turning option 2) parking: we were two in a 6 person apartment, when you come with 2 cars and the other apartment is also occupied, you cannot lose all cars 3) noisy, we had the top apartment, we heard our downstairs neighbors. We did not want to bother them, so walking around carefree was not an option. During our stay 1 house was renovated and 1 new house was built. The first one in particular was a nuisance, this house is right in front of the apartment, but is of a temporary nature!

The arrival was 1A. Super handover and explanation. The apartment was very clean. Access takes some getting used to. But go. The owners are very nice and take care of problems immediately. Unfortunately there were two construction sites all around. But they will soon be history. The view of the mountains is great, but only from the upper apartment. Four people cannot have breakfast on the balcony. Shopping, lift, bakery all within walking distance or by bike in minutes. The tourist info was great. The area and the mountains with the playgrounds, sports facilities and attractions top. The summer card is recommended.

When searching online for a b~b or a dream holiday, belvilla always turns out to be the right decision to find a large number of destinations close by or abroad quickly and with a lot of correct information! The after service also turns out to be a good service, Telephone contact was quick and very helpful,

The arrival was good, but the access to the house was tight. The apartment very spacious, very well equipped, everything was available, bright and friendly, only the lighting could be better. Environment great for hiking. The landlords are rather reserved.

Reception was fine. It was a beautiful house in an excellent location. Within walking distance of the mountain railways of Skiwelt and Westendorf. Shops etc also within walking distance. The access road for cars is difficult but sure to do.

Beautiful house and nice place. Think it is maximum for 6 people because there is 1 bathroom and that is not enough for 8 people. Owner who lives next door is very nice and helpful.

We are very kindly received by the owner of the apartment. It was a very clean house and was thought of everything. And most importantly with a fantastic view. It was our first holiday in Austria and will never be the last one ☺️. The people of the area are really friendly. They greet each other and do their utmost to help you. You will also find everything within a radius of 15 km. We recommend 😊👍🏻

It is a splendid place for a skiing holiday. Close to the gondola, beautiful views, warm and cosy. Petra, the hostess, is very helpful and kind. We would highly recommend this place for a holiday.

We enjoyed the beautiful house where really all you need. It is a spacious modern house with a fantastic bathroom. Nice view from the balcony and the bedroom on the mountains. Welcoming and friendly owners. Good base for many walks. We will definitely come back! Fam. Dolmans-Ventspils

We were warmly welcomed by Mrs Höllwarth. We had rented the upper apartment and were rewarded with a spectacular view. The apartment is very tastefully done - it really lacks nothing. Brixen im Thale is very centrally located. All things were to achieve without major access routes. I was surprised we cozy and a wooden house is well insulated.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in Sonnberg! Nicely furnished apartment with all comfort! Wonderful valley .. many possibilities to do trips.

Basically, it is a nice holiday home. The landlord is nice and easy. The outlook in the upper apartment is very nice. However, the driveway to the house is only for experienced drivers. (Very closely). The apartment was very clean and well equipped. There were plenty of towels made available, even go for a swim. The linens and towels were changed every week. The mattresses are in good condition, but generally a little too soft for us. All in all, except for the Kleff dogs of the owner at all possible times, a very nice apartment, where you can spend a quite peaceful and beautiful days.

We will not want to stay for your next holiday in this house.

We had with our family spent a week in the house, had ideal weather. Location is perfect to make excursions into the surrounding area. Kitzbühel has disappointed us, it was St. Johann i sometimes very eventful. Kufstein and Innsbruck are also recommended. The apartment has everything you need for a week in the village or in the nearby Ortschafteen are enough supermarkets and shops available.

We had a wonderful week's holiday in beautiful surroundings

Upon arrival the hostess very friendly and the apartment did fully up to expectations. From the apartment you could walk to the lifts. There was also the possibility of renting a locker for ski equipment so you do not have to lug along. After Skiing belongings in the safe, other shoes and the apres ski could begin!

We have been with our family vacation in this beautiful home. The first week of February The house is fully equipped and very spacious for 6 people (8 is also known to do) We were on the top floor, it has idd. a better view than the bottom and there is idd. a house reasonably close. We have had a wonderful week in this beautiful cottage. On the second floor, where we were, you had a beautiful view. We Hadde so lucky that we were on the top floor. On the first floor was not. As you looked at another house. For the rest, a beautiful environment with many opportunities for excursions. Also can eat in the village itself and also in Westendorf for reasonable prices. In short ......... we enjoyed.

Great house, just hard to find the hidden location high on the hillside. This is definitely a recommendation waard.Het apartment is truly beautiful and everything is aanwezig.Alleen the last piece ramp is what style and you can only reverse the car up and beneden.Wij were on the top floor and had a beautiful view . We will definitely go back there.

Haus Sonnberg is a beautiful house with 2 great apartments. It is fully equipped and looked clean and tidy uit.Helaas was the road to the house a little less. Difficult to do with the car. Fantastic accommodation, beautiful views, friendly managers, very quiet, centrally located when it comes to the bijzinderheden in the area to visit. We were there in the May holiday, but "winter is indeed the accommodation to the ski lift leading to a huge ski area!
