Haus Alpenblick

We were with 5 adults, 2 children and 1 dog in Haus Alpenblick and were very satisfied. The apartment is very spacious and has enough toilets and showers. It is also very well located for shopping, dining and skiing.

Very friendly owner, provides sufficient information on arrival. However, the house is outdated and could use some new investments, including the electricity supply is due for an overhaul (detached switches and contact points). Furthermore, it should also be cleaned under the cabinets ... that gives an unkempt appearance.

The arrival was good. We were too early but we could get in 2 hours earlier. The house is dated but neat and clean. The surroundings are beautiful, only the road in front of the house is sometimes a bit busy.

We loved the accommodation from start to finish. Arrived with 13 people and had enough space for everyone. The kitchen is also a dream for cooking for so many people. Next year again.

Very quiet house, perfect for families with children, very well insulated, very large living room where children feel blessed. Everything was what we needed. Good beds, good plumbing. No luxury but you do not with five children!

Very nice accommodation. Good position of the ski slopes. The ski bus does not stop frequently at the door, making it easier to drive to the Hochzeiger slopes. The Hochzeiger is a fun and accessible ski area for young and old! The house has sufficient inventory. The owner who lives above the house is very friendly. Disadvantages of the house are the way in which many (farmers) traffic is over, which can cause some noise. In addition, the stove is not well regulated, which means we have had the warmth in the house. Further impression is fine!

Having found the holiday home on the web and having seen the pictures we had very high expectations of this home before arriving! We really can’t fault it in any way and it really deserves its number 1 spot!! From check in to check out everything was perfect. The home it is beautifully, the rooms are very clean, comfortable and spacious. The owner is a very nice persons and very friendly making our stay pleasant. We wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Lovely spacious house! We were here with 3 families (6 adults, 7 children). Fine parlor with everyone for a corner, separate games room, large kitchen. Friendly owner! Couple dingetjes- It is said that there are three showers are unfortunately one does not shower. 2 showers for 13 people on a tight kant.- There is one room with bunk beds. That bed was very wobbly and how far we are concerned for replacement. Moreover, there are half loose on the stairs hangs. Anyways, the wobbly, not suitable for an adult boven.- Indeed, there are few sharp knives .... The house is a short 20 minute drive to the Hochzeiger ski area. A nice area with plenty of free parking. The road to it is almost entirely uphill with hairpin bends. If you do not mind, the distance is fine to doen.Wij have had a good week at Haus Alpenblick.

We had just arrived too early at the location, the cleaning women were still thoroughly engaged in their cleanup. We were already using the toilet after our long journey and we could all use the terrace to eat our picnic. Very friendly owner who gave all the explanations with great pleasure. The cleaning ladies did their job thoroughly, every shift they have been unloaded in the kitchen and cleaned out. The house was in order. We had to do anything extra sheets additional questions but this was no problem.

A major setback with the arrival of the dirtiness of one of the toilets was !!! We never our "guest cards" by the owner while paying cards still offer quite a few advantages on site during the vakantie.De price for final cleaning 200 euros is very very eye, especially when you take into account our first observation and the fact that the cleaning is done by the owners themselves! There is far too little leg room in five of the six bedrooms. Only one bedroom is well equipped.

We were skiing in winter in the house and we liked it very well. On the ground floor there is a lot of space, which was just great with kids.

The owner is very helpful and nice. The mattresses could be better but sein.Alles in all a very nice holiday the rooms (other than the vestibule) are well heated and warm. The kitchen was very clean, only to be brought sharp knife, because by Dish washings rather dull. (These can be anything the landlord, the tenant should wash by hand) .We will come back.

We have the whole family, mix of young and old, experienced a great winter week. Well as a cost base to the ski hochsteiger and further away the Pitztal glacier, skibusfrequentie is not too high so quickly becomes car. Minor drawbacks were- only 4 wine glasses presence kitchen exhaust malfunctions, photo- 's prof. Kitchen you expect this non no control over domestic heating, no thermostat. In our case it was too hot, even the old channel heating was unfortunate not enough although it prominently on the photo 's prijkt.- much (blunt) present no large knives and broodmes- rate cleaning € 250, - high otherwise fine beds, great rooms and well-functioning plumbing. Lack of sofas and comfortable chairs missed, the quaintness of the parlor and the opportunities for eg. The kids to surpass to have their own permanent table this. Lots of nooks to trekken.Kortom you back good place for a good price. We would not hesitate to come back there!

The location of the house is too far away from the slopes, this is due to the ski bus which only s "morning comes along and at 9.00 am" your evening sale at 16.30 back at the cottage. We found that a big problem because if you wanted to go back before there was no possi bility for not a suitable home for people with small children.

We had 8 adults and 6 kids t / 14 years a wonderful winter stay in this spacious apartment in febr.2014. The host was very friendly helped us immediately with any problems or if anything was broken. For the youth, there was plenty of room (playroom gaits). The bedrooms were spacious enough and large closets. Two toilets upstairs and two downstairs ideal. Everything looked well cared for. The large kitchen is very practical to eat together. The seating was more than enough, though there are few outlets so make sure extension cords. The hall heated ski boot was convenient. For the summer months is recommended.

We had booked the house in February 2014 and have a very nice week spent there. We were 10 adults and 3 children and there was always enough room for everyone.

We have 12 family Alpenblick rented for walks in the surrounding area. Important for us was a large kitchen, a large balcony all meals possible joint or garden and enough sleep bathrooms, possibility to take the dogs and surroundings with marked walks with uitdaging.Alpenblick meets all these requirements. The caretaker was very nice and the weather great.

We have been in the first week of 2012 in Alpenblick 3 families with young children. About generally well kept house with a well equipped kitchen. However, do not expect luxury. Many bedrooms but bed bases are very weak and sometimes only just fit in the casing. Several times, the adults through it gezakt.1 bathroom is a bedroom. 1 shower did not drain off. We had a great week at Haus Alpenblick spent, the managers are nice decent people and very friendly, the house is very extensive and well voorzien.Een minus point is that no ordinary sofas are only chairs and benches along the famous the walls. The inventory is extensive and grabs you do not miss fast! Two runs are pretty close but we wanted to go to the highest slopes and which is still 30 km away from the house, is to do it with a lot of snow and ice, be careful ! Lovely place! We have a wonderful peaceful week in this house was very spacious so the kids had plenty of room to play, crafts or enjoy a game on one of the seats.
