Apartment with infrared sauna in Längenfeld. With 2 spacious rooms which accomodate up to 6 people, the spacious apartment is ideal for small family with kids.
Ötztal Arena Ski area can be found nearby with the Sölden Ski lift in just 8 km. The nightlife can be enjoyed in just 4 km as well.
The cosy centrally heated apartment comes with a lot of relaxing features. It gives you access to the infrared sauna, massage shower, bathtub, bicycles (paid), parking, balcony and barbecue facility as well. It has a slide for kids as well.
The pet-friendly (Max. 2; € 30/Pet/Stay) property has a public swimming pool in 3.5 km while the ski bus is in just 50 m. Restaurants and Pizzeria can be reached in mere 300 m while general supplies are available at 4 km. Overall location is near the Town center.
The nearest airport is Munich airport at 155 km.

Old-fashioned apartment. Was for 6 people but that is on the very tight side. Bed sagging, slatted frame that is worn out. Slatted base had been sagging for a long time, as you could see from the broken parts. Refrigerator lamp, extractor lamp and foreign balcony piece. Small effort to replace this, but the owner does not think that is important. Leakage, mold spots in bathroom. Table and floor burn marks and really outdated. Certainly not a second time for us. You pay way too much for this hovel.
The location in Huben and the distance to the ski bus are perfect. Sufficient parking spaces and a heated ski room are available. Child-friendly with stable views and fresh chicken eggs. On request, cots + bedding and linen, as well as a high chair and children's cutlery are available free of charge. From the equipment almost everything was there (no microwave), what you need. Garbage bags, washing-up liquid, rinse aid, dishwasher salt, dishwashing tabs, dishcloths and hand soap must be provided by yourself. Unfortunately, the apartment is very used and shabby. TV, fittings, dishes, shower walls broken. Heating didn't work right away. The fridge door opened by itself when you walked past it. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The upholstery and towels were stained, old coffee grounds moldy in the coffee maker, spider webs hung from the ceiling, mold stains in the shower, leftovers from previous guests on the floor and balcony.
Cold, ugly and dirty house. The (promised free) wifi was not working. The TV in my room was not working. No ladders/radiators in the bathrooms, so the bathrooms were the coldest rooms in the house. The showers damaged and full of mold. The bed linen old and all damaged, the zips torn apart. The floor heating - the floors always ice-cold. No radiators where to dry our wet ski clothes. Absolutely no value for the money.
Located in a small village where there is little to do in the summer. It is recommended to take a summer card with which you can use all lifts in the otstal, free bus, "t swimming pool and aquadome. Nice tip for free great walking route: Rozengarten path walk in imstLängenfeld waterfall tour
