From the balcony and terrace, furnished with garden furniture, guests can enjoy magnificent views of the mountain panorama and the surrounding castles of Sigmundslust and Mitterhart, as well as Freundsberg Castle. Numerous excursion destinations and top ski resorts are located nearby.

The chalet is equipped with a photovoltaic system, battery storage, and a heat pump, making it energy self-sufficient. This has a positive impact on the environment and climate, as it produces no CO2 emissions for heating and hot water.

On hot days, the holiday home is cooled to 25 degrees Celsius by geothermal energy via underfloor heating, creating a comfortable indoor climate.

Another special feature is the pure and refreshing drinking water straight from the tap, which comes directly from the spring into the holiday home.

Ample parking is available. Bicycles can be locked in the garage, which is equipped with a ski boot dryer. Wi-Fi is free.
