The newly built and very well equipped stylish flats are located in the centre of Uderns in the middle of a breathtaking mountain scenery with the ski bus stop directly in front of the house and are only 2 km away from the Hochzillertal/Kaltenbach cable cars. Two flats each on the 1st and 2nd floor for 6 and 7 people are also ideal for a holiday stay for several families.
The pizzeria in the house invites you for a visit to spoil you with delicacies. A holiday at its best in cosy surroundings.

Great apartment. Arrival well arranged. Everything on and on.
The accommodation is very centrally located in Uterns. The ski bus stops a few meters from the property. By the time of arrival around 2 p.m. the apartment was ready to move into. There are four apartments throughout the house. The rooms are spacious and clean. When booking a week, the towels would be changed on Wednesday. What was missing for us are coat hooks and one or two chairs in the bedrooms. But that's complaining at a high level. We were completely satisfied with the accommodation and can recommend it. thanks for that
Easy to find. Friendly and accomodating host. Roomy accomodation - recently refurbished - everything appeared new and functioned seemlessly. Kitchen lacked an oven. 5 minutes drive to ski slopes. While ski-busses are available I recommend to bring and use own car. Supermarket and resaturants within walking distance.
Modern accommodation with enough baths and crockery for large groups and great balcony. Right in the center, everything within walking distance. Baker right in the house-suuuper !!!!
On holiday with 9 adults and 1 child 16md. We rented two apartments. Lay's ok, we did use one of the living rooms as a bedroom. Apartments were neat. Location was good for us in 5 to 10 minutes drive from the ski lifts in Kaltenbach and fugen. Apartment is located above eatery / bakery. Handy for breakfast. Briefly at spar.het was a very pleasant stay
