The detached Durchholzhof house is situated at an altitude of 1,050 metres between St. Johann im Pongau and the popular ski resort of Wagrain. Its peaceful mountain setting offers breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding Alpine landscape, making it an ideal retreat for a relaxing holiday in the Austrian Alps.
The first and second floors comprise two spacious holiday apartments, which are rented exclusively together. Guests enjoy private use of both floors, featuring two fully equipped kitchens, two comfortable living areas, and five bedrooms. The accommodation is well maintained, comfortably furnished, and offers plenty of space for families and larger groups.
Right next to the property is the owner's organic farm, where guests can purchase fresh local produce.
The Snow Space Salzburg ski area, including Flachau, Wagrain, and St. Johann, is only 5 km away, providing excellent opportunities for skiing and winter activities.
Please note: The property is accessed via a mountain road. During the winter season, snow chains are mandatory and must be carried and used when required.

We had a fantastic Christmas stay. also because there was a lot of snow and sun. Both apartments are great, spacious and clean. The views are wonderful. The mountain road up the mountain is challenging when snowed.
The two apartments were big enough for us three families. The landlords were very nice and helpful. There was milk directly from the farmer. A little more water could have come out in the shower. We were satisfied and can recommend the accommodation.
The house is perfectly suited for large groups. The Höller family is very friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic holiday.
The second time we rent the apartment for our skiing holiday and once again we consider to go again next year. We were 2 families with children, which was ideal, has given two full floors. The cottage was immaculate, the pass was perfectly passable, as the owners were always super friendly. Only positive news!
Nice house with friendly people. The road to the house can be a challenge in the winter. The interior is slightly dated, but does well.
Very nice host family, snow chains really necessarily erfoderlich. Very child friendly. Fresh milk and fresh bread.
The house and the location are perfect for people who love nature. The owners are very friendly and products can be purchased on the farm. However, the last 3 km to the house are really an expedition along a small trail to the top. What during the summer may not be a problem but "winter surely is a challenge.
Very spacious, cozy and authentic cottage. We had 8 adults and 4 small (2-5y) children. Host was very friendly. They had even placed a trampoline for the kids and some toys provided. Furthermore, the cottage was very clean and well equipped. If the pass is snowy, I fear that access to the house can be quite difficult ... but otherwise highly recommended!
Great ski area. Very friendly hosts, amazing views from the balcony of the mountains and valley. The entire facility well equipped and functional, ideal for groups of friends and acquaintances. We highly recommend! Dlługi and steep driveway into the building, you need chains on the wheels of the car despite the constant clearing of the road.
