In winter, the ski bus stop for the Spieljoch, Hochfügen, and Hochzillertal ski areas is just a short walk away. In summer, cyclists especially benefit from the ideal location right next to the popular Zillertal Cycle Path.

The house has been completely renovated and furnished in a modern style. Some bedrooms feature comfortable box-spring beds, and bed linen is, of course, included. Both the living room and bedrooms are equipped with TVs.

Several balconies and a garden with seating, a parasol, and a barbecue area invite you to relax and unwind. Ample parking is available directly at the house, and a garage is also available in summer.

For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a ski room with a ski boot dryer, which can also be conveniently used as a bicycle storage room in summer.
