Nice clean complete apartment, nice view. Nice hostess, nothing was too much.

The house is in a particularly beautiful location. From the balcony and large terrace you can look at impressive mountain ranges on all sides. The house is easily accessible, but for groceries you have to descend 2 km to Oetz. No problem with the car, but not easy on foot given the steep road. The house itself is located on the first floor (bedrooms) and the second floor (bedroom, living room, kitchenette, small shower room, toilet and narrow long balcony with seating. Everything you practically need is there. However, the lack of an extractor hood was a loss during our warm stay. It became uncomfortably warm in the kitchen, which has no door. So the heat and food smells spread throughout the entire top floor. There is also a dishwasher. Not insurmountable, but impractical. Furthermore, the beds are quite hard, to say the least. Something we had to get used to. The owner and her husband are very helpful and friendly. The house is clean and there are plenty of towels available. There is a lot to do in the immediate area. With the Oetztalcard you can use many things such as mountain lifts, swimming pools and public transport for free. You will quickly earn back the investment as mountain lifts are often very expensive. We also recommend a visit to the Kaunertal (40 minutes' drive). A non-touristy valley full of natural beauty and beautiful views. All in all, a big enough score.

Very nice environment and view. The accommodation was fine. Friendly owners live downstairs, so privacy is not optimal. The attic floor is completely private. Living room, kitchen and shower are small. Everything is very clean! Buying meat from the owner is highly recommended.

Kitchen and bathroom are a bit too small. The view for that is fantastic. Our hostess is very hospitable. Everything is there to have a nice holiday.

Good apartment, nothing too short, very nice location / view, friendly people

We were received very friendly and were given extensive explanations about everything in and around the house. The accommodation was excellent, except for the many flies, but on a farm it can hardly be otherwise. The area is fantastic, it said that everything is very expensive.

Nice apartment, and a very nice hostess and host. Apartment is typically Austrian. Very clean, and large bedrooms with great beds. Kitchen and shower are a bit small, but sufficient to use a week with 5 or 6 people. TV only German channels, but with a Chromecast and TV subscription simply can watch everything. Ski bus stops nearby. Ski area is not large, but for beginners or families with children top. we had a great skiing holiday.

A cheap accommodation with very nice landlords. A dishwasher would be nice. Animals are kept right next to the building, so you should like the 'country air'. There are wonderful homemade ham and sausages

Had a good holiday. House is dated. Many stairs (ski boots in basement, sleeping on 2nd and 3rd floor). On the 2nd floor you hear the sound of the owners. There is a musty smell. There is a key on every door. Shower is very small, but nice hot water. Sofa in living room is fine and the beds are good. House is 5 minutes drive from the ski lifts in Oetz. in the kitchen you can sit with max. 6 people. Oven is clean. Kitchen is small. Especially for washing off. Owners are friendly, but have a lot of rules.

The house was good to find. The owner was ready for us and explained everything. They are very hospitable. Furthermore, in connection with the heat, we visited the swimming pool in Oetz almost every day, which our children loved! The granddaughters of the owners were also staying a few days and they invited our children to come riding, which was fun. We also received a tour of the farm. We had a flycatcher hung in the living room so we had little trouble with the flies. Because you are fairly high in the mountains is that anyway, but the farm is more likely to fly. The house is a farm where people work hard, not to visit. Downstairs you will find a slachrerij and butchery, here you need to kunnen.Het bedrooms are clean and spacious. Beautiful holiday had good weather and beautiful surroundings. Apartment was super clean, comfortable beds, only the kitchen is on the small side. But we have excellent amused us (6 people).

Lovely, picturesque location. Great house which is a working farm agricultural \/ livestock with processing facilities which has its advantages but also disadvantages, mainly perfumes. Decor and rigging Interior modest specyficzy layout of the rooms (small kitchen, no bathroom, only a tiny shower on top) for above-standard purity and a beautiful view and above all the hospitality of the hosts make it a place worth recommending to people over the convenience of submitting the magic of the place which they are resting or even just sleeping.

It's a great house for a short break, but with small children is the distance to the grand parents because the bedrooms are located one floor below. The downstairs bedrooms are adjacent to the common hall and staircase will be the sounds and the smells of cooking and smoking over to observe. This creates at times a nuisance.

Beautiful had vacation, stay clean but dated, small shower and kitchen, and a horrible creaking stairs to the top floor.

The holiday was pretty much overpriced accommodation (1 week for a total of € 975.90 --- € 855 + 39.90 + tax 60 cleaning fee + 21 € 1 dog), as you can already expect a luxury apartment.

The accommodation is great. The owners are friendly and courteous and self-produced products from their farm shop are delicious. It was a wonderful walking holiday for us.

It was a fantastic holiday in a beautiful house. The fridge did not work and the day itself, a new charged. We will definitely come back!

For the 2nd time we were 4 adults and 2 children on Christmas skiing holiday, and again we noticed how quiet it is on the slopes. We stayed on a farm in Oetzerau, 2 kilometers from the village of Oetz, where you take the gondola to Hochoetz, where to ski. The house was simple but very clean and with good beds. Outside dishwasher fully equipped. The owners are very (child) friendly and welcoming. They raise their own cows and pigs, and they slaughter them yourself and provide the meat for sale. That we have experienced! We have never been "a tender pork and Rostbraten eaten. Compliment. The slopes are predominantly red, but to do good. Also, we are very pleased with the friendly approach towards the children, before and during the lessons. After afskiën on the 5th day, they have a party, and everyone gets to name his medal awarded.
